I love it!
I interpretive danced/lip sang to that for a talent show. (Not at school, though!)
I worked hard to dye my long john tops and bottoms peach to prepare for that one.

No video, but some good memories.

My Hubby HATES "play that funky Music" Apparently it was the only song he heard during 6 weeks of basic training. I hate freebird

 

Freebird is one of those tunes which is best appreciated under the influence!

 

How on earth they went from from being the Airplane to being the Starship is such a change of direction. From albums like Crown Of Creation, Volunteers, and Surrealistic Pillow to.....whatever happened with Starship is a pretty radical change.

 

Although "Jane" is a great song.

"Time of My Life" by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. My ex-wife used to watch this horrible movie repeatedly.

 

That's the tune I could not remember the name of when the band played it at the local Horseshoe a couple of weeks ago.
