    It's in the first post, I think. I usually ask for a minimum $5 donation to cover costs and postage for each wristband shipped within the US. It's a little more for Canada and overseas.

    There's a paypal link/button on the main page of the forum. I won't be able to ship until I get back home next week. But you can send the donation and I'll get it mailed out as soon as I am vertical again after my trip. :)
