Sausage egg and cheese brioche @Bellagio. If you are up early they sometimes available at the snack bar. Otherwise the pastry shop. They are warmed and wonderful. It is very tempting to have more than one.

 

Been to both. Go with Babystacks. Black Bear is actually a chain and although better than Denny's or IHOP, it's still got a corporate feel. Babystacks has a much more interesting menu and the food is really tasty.

 

For some reason I always end up in the Pyramid Cafe at Luxor, even though there is nothing special about their breakfast.

 

I am a buffet for breakfast kind of girl. I’ve tried many and have enjoyed most. This upcoming trip I am treating myself to Bacchanal with a line pass. Looking forward to it!!

Hash House a Go Go (never had a bad meal there - love the breakfast / brunch options)
White Castle (my original White Castle in Indiana had a sign that said 'White Castles for Breakfast, Why Not?')

 

Another vote here for the Short Ribs Benedict at the Henry at the Cosmpolitan. I'm not even a fan of eggs Benedict and this is great.

Guilty pleasure:
Two sausage and cheese McMuffins, no egg. Diet Coke.

 

They promote sliders for breakfast at the Castle but their actual breakfast sandwiches are pretty underrated and worthwhile.

 

@smerrian , is it the "La Belle Terre Bread" French place, or a different one? There were a couple search results that came up for me, I want to make sure I'm drooling over the right stuff!

 

Yes. The actual name is "La Belle Terre Bread" but the lettering on the building is The French Bakery and Cafe. Maybe they couldn't decide? It's semi-across the street from Smith's Grocery, next to Crown Dental.

 

Sundays: Sterling Brunch.
All other days: Hash House.

Admittedly, we've stayed at the Flamingo a bunch of times and I have no issue with their breakfast buffet.

Breakfast buffet at Paris is worth checking out as well, if for no other reason than the crepes.

 

Another vote here @spicole - except I do the McMuffin with the egg and no cheese and the fruit /yogurt parfait for a buck is a nice finish.

 

Usually Carnegie deli breakfast does tricks for me... there omelette...can feed two to three people!!!

 

They had a slab of pork belly with someone carving it up, very yummy. Nice bagels, smoked salmon, even corned beef hash. Someone mentioned you can reserve a table on opentable.

The Peppermill Eggs Benedict

 

Peppermill is certainly stranded on an uncharted desert isle at the time! I sure hope they have the business to remain viable while the various players get their {s-word} together and revitalize the North Strip!

 

I think they have loyal customers and will be fine. They are consistent in their food and service. I know personally I recommend it to everyone who goes to Vegas. Plus their lounge is great.

 

I'm not normally a "breakfast person" at all... coffee & I'm good to go....but in Vegas?
I usually have breakfast every morning I'm there.
Way back in the day, the steak & eggs at the Westward Ho coffee shop was unbeatable... perfectly seasoned steak, broiled in butter....two eggs over medium with a double-toasted english muffin & hash browns... just goes to show that, even at a place like the Ho, they did one thing exceptionally well!
Downtown? Well, with Bay City Diner gone...and now DuPars as well, it's been mostly Magnolia's.. I get the eggs & bacon w/ english muffin.
I have never needed 'fancy' when it comes to any meal, but breakfast especially... good coffee is, of course, a 'must'... but fried eggs, bacon & toast? Pretty hard to screw that up.
