Toss up between coffee shop and buffet. I like the variety of a buffet, I can get one each of something I want like 1 pancake, 1 egg Benedict, some kind of potatoes, fruit, or an omelette if they have somebody making them. Coffee shop is either an omelette or eggs Benedict.

Shame that that breakfast is only offered on Sunday!

Thank you, @Flowers. :) I was feeling much better and then the night crept in along with the cough.
It'll be okay. I actually have some energy and appetite now so it's all good.

Eggs Benedict hands down for me...with home fried potatoes.

I prefer savory to sweet, and since I cook a lot....it kills me to pay a lot for something I can easily make at home (omelette, fried eggs, etc.)

Eggs benedict are something I've actually never made on purpose....because it's always a "vacation" meal for me! :)

Though, I do confess to having left over Secret Pizza heated up the next day when I'm at Cosmo...I'm so sad there are no microwaves in the new room. Yes, total teenager antics, but there is something fun about feeling like a teenager once a trip!

Double trouble. Did you hear the "chef" mentioned trying it with a Doritos crust next time?

Glad to hear you are feeling better!

My favorite is always Eggs Benedict on the patio at MAG, but I usually only do that kind of breakfast once on a trip. I sometimes grab a coffee and some kind of breakfast sandwich. Often, it's just a protein/breakfast bar and coffee in the room. Lunch isn't usually that far away once I'm up and moving around in Vegas anyway.

I see this often at MAG and it looks fantastic. I've got to be careful with the carbs and it looks super sweet and sugary. Is it?

I drink diet Mt. Dew, in the summer, for breakfast instead of coffee

It's the Spinach and Goat Cheese Omelette at MAG for moi along with their lovely strong coffee, hopefully on the patio. I prefer savoury for breakfast and the slight sourness of the goat cheese is amazing!
If I'm not very hungry then, like Sonja it's a granola bar and Via coffee in the room while getting ready to go out, then it's an early lunch a bit later.
