I did a quick search and found the Golden Nugget Business Center. Anyone know about shipping a small package home from Downtown locations like UPS Store/DHL/FedEx/USPS? And just to bar any speculation, I’m thinking about a souvenir tumbler from Four Queens.

There is a USPS office right in downtown. Very close to the Heart Attack Grill. Search on Google Maps.

Thanks, I guess I’m still trying to get used to the idea of leaving Fremont. Maybe I’ll pick up a donut on the way.

Depending on your airline's baggage charges, it may be more cost effective to mail your dirty clothes home, too.

that's why you should always ship the weed to a friends house. Never your own. At least that's what I read somewhere........

They also have flat rate boxes that sends anywhere in the US. Medium flat rate box ships out for around $13.00. You can stuff it full with anything you like (legally that is).

I've done it, I used the FedEx store. I tried the USPS but their service was about what you expect (i.e. none). FedEx were good.

I have used the flat rate USPS several times, no issues. Stop there on the way to the airport to ship home liquids that I could not carry on.

Can you ship stuff to your room before you check in? We did this fro a trip to Disney about 4 years ago to save money on food. We shipped breakfsat stuff . Like pop tarts, granola bars ad such. we also sent a couple boxes of cereal. not sure if vegas allows that or not

I hear the Las Vegas branches of the USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS allow shipment of breakfast items such as Pop-Tarts and granola bars, but boxes of cereal are strictly prohibited.

You guys be careful if you opt to ship some goodies back home. I absolutely positively work for an overnight shipping company and they don't hesitate to alert authorities when they encounter suspicious packages. They are also very accommodating to the authorities who visit in order to observe the A.M. sort and snoop around. They're looking for certain ways that packages are packaged (for lack of a better way to put it), origin names/addresses, and destination names/addresses. They pull the ones they're interested in and then let Fido work his magic.

The odds of doing it without any problems are greater than the odds of getting popped, but be aware that they (we) do look for these kinds of things and cooperate closely with the po-leece in these situations. Just so you know.

No, seriously. My wife had a twenty ounce tumbler that she really liked and it recently got a crack in it. She wanted me to get a replacement and I was afraid that it wouldn’t fit in my new Allegiant sized carry on bag. So a tumbler. Stuffed full of weed.

You always use a fake name from the union plaza hotel address and when it arrives at your house (you are very busy of course),you look at the return address and think "Whom the hell is that?" In your best wonderment voice and toss it aside while completing all those pesky household chores. Later you slowly close the blinds and go into the bathroom to check for shipping damage, prepared to flush contents if need be.

Prior to opening your mail if the door should suddenly burst open at the behest of federal agents finding you with a feather duster in your left hand and a vase (vaz) in your right, simply say you have no idea who Frederick Giamatti is nor what he has sent you.

And to please wipe your feet!

Have them build a case on that!
