Mob Museum was interesting. I don't know why but I didn't take any pics. We also walked through the art district. Lots of cool graffiti on the buildings.

After walking the art district we went to the gamblers store.

They have a craps table you can rent to play on for $5 for 30 minutes. [IMG]

We got a piece of pizza from pizza rock but it was no where near as good as evel pie in my opinion.

Came back to Cortez to gamble and lost lost lost. I'm now down $400 for the trip. Miss crapsplaya was up $200 but she lost all that tonight and now is even.

It's been a great trip but I'm getting tired. Strip tomorrow. I have High Roller tickets. Some guys came into Cortez and had a ticket from NyNy for $15 they forgot to cash in. They give it to my wife so we will be swinging by NyNy to run it through a machine. What should we play it on??

Thanks to everyone for reading and following along. One more day in Vegas coming up!!

I got to go on stage when they vanished the "elephant" for their closing effect. It was truly awesome.

Do you play no-limit or tournament poker?

Realistically, if you are only down $400 at this point, you are actually doing quite well.

What were you playing at El Cortez last? Need a craps story, please.

Also, how did you like the Vintage room at the El Cortez?

Yes down $400 isn't bad. The only craps story I have is PSO. I did that three times in a row then hit one point and PSO on the next one.

I did go down this morning and only had $4 left from last night. Everything else was in the safe and I wasn't going down intending to play but doing a good run. Walk by a UX machine and dropped $4 in (all I had one me) and played one hand at 5 credits because I couldn't afford ten!! Hit this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first 4OAK for the trip!! Cashed out after the $80 hit and ran to the room!! Now I'm down $320!!!!

The vintage room at Cortez is huge!! The bathroom is tiny!! You walk in and the bathroom is on the left and a small closet on the right.

Directly ahead is a sectional couch.

Sorry the lighting isn't the best in the pic.

Beside the bedroom area there is a office space with a desk and small refrigerator.

The room is fine. The only downside is that it's on the third floor with stair access only.

No I don't think it feels that way at all. I'll try to get some pics of the stair case later. It comes out right by the craps table.

I went to MGM to try to play some poker but I'm a wussy!! They had 1/2 nl but it was playing like 5/10. In four hands there where two all ins and not a single hand made it to the flop for less than $10.

At Excalibur now on the list for 2-6 spread limit. Not sure how long my wife is going to shop but I'm going to see if I can get a seat here and play for a bit.

That's pretty cool because the losing hands were all ones you didn't bet on.
