We have eaten at 3 of his Vegas property's and all are 1:1 for RCs, so would assume this to be the same. My wife wants to have her birthday dinner there in June so we will be heading there then.............Rick

I got so excited after reading this and tried to make reservation for 6 but nothing available except Sunday night at 9pm but that’s Super Bowl night. The prices look really good for a CP restaurant and pre fix with wine pairing is very reasonable prices.

A coworker went to lunch during the soft opening on January 19th. She said it was excellent. She also said that they were booked for the next 3 1/2 months.

We were able to make reservations for the 3rd but because because we had access to a 7 star. If you have access to a Cesar's that is another way to go.

The dry aged steak here cost 75% less than what it costed at Bazaar Meats. For that reason alone, I will give it a try. Let's hope the steak here is much better. I assume it will be since I learned how to cook my steak watching Gordon Ramsey videos :).

We've eaten at GR Steak 8 or 9 times and each has been 1:1 RC's.

I couldn't get a same day reservation last week, but I stopped in on my way to another restaurant to see if I could do a walk-in around 6:00pm.

It looks nice, but as I worked my way up to the hostess station, I changed my mind. Music blasting way too loud for a calm dinner-for-two situation. Not club level loud, but definitely too loud to do anything but shout and take pictures. Unless they have a quieter room in the back or something.

The menu looked good and I thought the prices were OK, but I think I'd only go there with a party group.

    We're going to try it on 5/14...we have a 7:15 p.m. reservation.

I will be watching for reviews and reports in the meantime.

I got a reservation today for 3/8 at 6:15. They also had openings at 8:45. Can’t wait!! Looking forward to finding out tonight on Hell’s Kitchen who the executive chef is.

My biggest long term question on this is how much it will cannibalize GR Steak business.

Same signature dishes at slightly better prices I think, and with a prix fixe option. If quality is similar, they may end up rebranding the Paris steakhouse down the road. Which wouldn't be the worst idea since it has great food but awful ambience.
