I was going to say that we're all behind you, Camp Rusty.
But on second thought, that might not be the safest place to be! :D

When you get around to them, verdict on Route 2 and Cosmic Jacuzzi, please. I've had the rest. Lol

Cosmic Jacuzzi was decent - pretty light and fruity. Went down easy. I prefer a more "piney" IPA, like Lagunitas. Sorry if my vernacular is way off. Only cost $1.85.

DFH 90 was nasty. I forced about half of it down and poured out the rest - hazy and "musty". Checked the date - bottled 8-3-17.

And the irony in that is that IPAs were created to withstand heat and cold and months at sea getting to far-flung parts of the empire; hence the name, a pale ale for India. I wonder if the limited shelf life of some modern IPAs is due to the use of hops oil, and the fresh hops-ers can hang around?

3 months is where things start to fade, bah. I always thought Dogfish 90 is on the malty side to begin with. It should look something close to this.

I used to love the beer. But my preference in IPAs has totally shifted in 9 years...

I haven't actually bought Dogfish in years either. Last few times I have had it in Vegas.

I would recommend trying Burton Baton. TAG has that one available.

Seems odd, that’s just a little more than two months from bottling, don’t know if high temps or exposure to sunlight could turn it into skunk brew.

Here’s a tasty local Double IPA from New Jersey’s first craft brewery, Flying Fish Brewing Co.

Plus, my beloved Manhattan made with a nondescript Canadian Whisky and serviceable Sweet Vermouth. Gotta freeze the glass and don’t shake the booze, the bubbles tickle my nose. No room for the cherry.

Tringlomane, it did look just like that. Malty? Maybe so. I really don't know.

I guess that type of IPA just isn't my thing.

I'm having a Ketel martini while I prep dinner and then I'll switch to Ninkasi Total Domination IPA.

I was pretty disappointed in this one this year. The 6 pack I got was real boozy. I loved it two years ago.

Binny's in Champaign has dozens of cases still left. I swear they buy too much supply some times.

Right now a Hangar 24 "Wheels Up" pils, poured into a Busch Bavarian schooner, ironically.

What I'd like to be drinking is a measure of W. L. Weller "Antique 107," but that sonofabitch Emiril Legasse bought it all up for his restaurants! It's Pappy without the price tag.

    Mutter, mutter, gripe, gripe.

Picked up a can of this in Stillwater, MN on the way home from enjoying a beautiful day in the Cities.

The minions are already asleep and my lesson plans are ready for a great week of school!
All that's left is to enjoy the couple hours of quiet before the new week bursts into action!

Tricerahops Double IPA in a Double Mountain glass. Is that sacrilege?
