Her residency at Ceasars ended last night but she will be back with her Christmas show just got the email this morning

Last night, as Mariah performed the 50th and final show of her highly-successful two year Las Vegas residency "MARIAH: #1 TO INFINITY," at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, she surprised the audience with a Christmas in July announcement that she will return to The Colosseum this December with her acclaimed Christmas concert series "All I Want For Christmas Is You."

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, July 22 at 12 p.m. PT, but starting TODAY @ 12-noon PT, fans can access exclusive Honey B. Fly ticket pre-sales! Read on to learn how you can gain early access to concert tickets for Mariah festive holiday performance.

I'm sorry, but I have no interest in seeing anyone who lip syncs their music at a concert.

 

I wonder if Sinatra, Elvis and Liberace did any of this lip sync stuff?

 

Just bought my ticket for opening night, got 7th row front orchestra should be fun

 

I always thought Mariah has a reputation for not lip syncing. Maybe that was in her younger days. I realize she had her NYE snafu but those were different circumstances outdoors, not on stage in a theatre.

 

Didnt she used to be someone?

 

Maybe she realized she has to work again after breaking up with her billionaire bf. She now has to support her 4 kids. Her twins with Nick Cannon, Nick Cannon and her boy toy dancer.

Edit - coincidentally, it’s in the news tonight that she and James Packer just reached a settlement over their canceled engagement. She gets to keep the ring, supposedly worth $8 mil plus a couple more mil to top it up to around $10 million.

 

I've not been a fan of Mariah's new stuff for quite a few years, but man back in the day did I ever have a serious crush on her! I was working in the record store when the Christmas album came out and I snatch it up quick! It was one of the few Christmas albums that I ever intentionally played since I'm not a fan of most Christmas music that isn't classical or jazz. I know she gets a lot of flack now but look at that cover and tell me she wasn't kryptonite for a twentysomething red blooded male in 1994:

 

Mariah hasn't been Mariah since the 90s.

Too bad she's gone from belting out songs flawlessly to lip-synching. Also too bad she's gone from that Santa catsuit to a glittering leotard wrenched up over suntan stockings.

Isnt that the case for most if not all Vegas headliners (Rod, Elton, Reba,Britney J-lo, Lionel,Celine havent had a hit in years and even a decade for most of them

 

Same with G n R. Bottom line, if you like any of them, go see them if makes you happy. If not, don’t see ‘em.

 

I thought about going but the $600 pricetag for two tickets is more than I paid for better seats to Lady Gaga the night before....so, no thanks!!

 

And unlike Mariah, Gaga sings live, sings well and absolutely kills it. This new tour is incredible. Saw it front row at Citi Field in NYC.
