Golden Nugget Updated sports book

I thought I read on here that the golden nugget updated their sports book, i.e. Changed the seating and such. Can anyone provide whether or not this happened? Thanks.

 

How long ago are we talking about?
Within the past year or so?
Or having moved if from over by the escalator to the enclosed room in the back right of the casino?

 

I was there last month, and although I didn't venture in this year, it appeared to be in the same room as before.

It's just behind the bar, that is next to The Grille.

 

Can you show us where you read this?

Yes it's a lot more friendly for game watching than before.

Oh god that's hilarious

 

I walked by August 24 and they had one section torn up. They were doing electrical work, like maybe adding it to all the booths or tables that they would be putting back after they were finished. It was the section under the "Star" sign in Bigshots picture above, on the other side of that room divider wall.

 

That is a VIP seating area with about 10-12 lounge chairs.

 

Maybe thinking of the Cal?
