We are headed to Vegas on Thursday and my brother-in-law is a huge Gordon Ramsay fan. We will be trying at least one of his restaurants but I'm not sure which one. Any recommendations?
    Thanks!

It all depends on your budget. To me GR Steak at Paris is hands down the best.

Have not tried them all, but go ahead and slide GR Pub to the bottom of the list.

Have not eaten at the Pub, but have at GR Steak at Paris. I have reviews with pictures in the Restaurant forum. I highly recommend it.

Could not agree more! I haven't tried the others (and they seem to get mostly positive reviews), but GR Pub was terrible, IMO.

Love GR Steak favorite by a mile, then Burger great choices and like mgugs said unreal milkshake, and unlike others the Pub is was really good for us (pesto chicken and pub blt) so maybe it's hit and miss. If you go to Steak highly recommend the Rib Cap and enjoy...........Rick

Depending on budget... steak was amazing but very pricey. BurgR is really yummy too and lower prices.... one of those would be my choice. Never tried The Pub one or the fish n chips place. Planning on splitting a fish n chip combo with hubby next trip!!

I have eaten at all of them:
Steak at Paris - great upscale dining but $$$$. if you have 1 choice and no budget, I would suggest this.
Pub & Grill at Caesars - agree with everyone above. food was very unimpressive. worst of them all. would skip this one.
Burger (formerly BurGR) at PH - good burgers but expect to wait even for diamond/7 stars.
Fish & Chips at Linq Promenade - excellent meal for under $20 (although limited to pretty much fish and chips). I always stop by for a quick lunch every trip.

I love the fish n chips place...the curry mango sauce is soooo delish. This will be my first stop upon checking in.

If you pick one of his higher priced options, this could easily be a second less expensive option. Might as well tick 2 boxes.

WOW. Exactly the same experience as me. I have been to GR Steak, very good and very expensive (over $400 for 2 of us, but we both had appetizers, dessert and 2 drinks in addition to the entree). BurgR is good too, and yes while lower than Steak still expensive for a burger. Never been to pub or fish & chips.

BurgR is good. A little expensive. Haven't been to the others.

Steak at Paris - awesome. Get the Rib Cap and thank me later.

Pub & Grill at Caesars - concur with others. I would love for Gordon to eat here then watch as he goes in the back and yells at the staff for serving such shitty food at his place.

BurGR at PH - a nice twist to burgers. We haven't eaten here the past few trips as it seems to decline a bit (just a bit) since they opened and it can be expensive for a burger place. Worth going if you haven't been before.
I suggest arriving about 15 minutes before they open. The 15 minute wait will be better than the 30+ minute wait you will have once they open.

My friend is also a Ramsay fan and really wanted to visit one of his places this trip. We were having this exact same conversation. We didn't want to pay Steak prices and the Pub reviews haven't been great so we decided on Burger. Maybe if our luck is really good we'll upgrade to Steak instead.

Steak has a Beef Wellington for 2 that is fantastic for $107. Depending on apps, drinks and deserts you can pull it off for under $200 easily including tip.
