It seems like a lot of the restaurants associated with MGM properties do NOT list the prices of their food on the Web site.

I tried Google, but it is hit or miss.

Anybody have a resource they use to get menu prices?

Price range is "$", which means it's the least expensive restaurant at the Aria. By comparison, the buffet is "$$". I am staying there in 2 days, and will try to take a picture of the menu for you.

It allows them to alter prices as the market bears.

Or in other words, it allows for "surge" pricing.

    Ding ding ding.

When prices aren't posted, it is because they fluctuate at a regular interval.

I always thought it was to eliminate the need to update the website every time prices change. They still have menus with prices at the restaurants. Sometimes menus with prices are posted on yelp or opentable.

Just go to Google and type in the restaurant name and "prices" (I Google "Aria cafe prices", without quotes, and it worked) ...you can almost find menu prices that way. I'm huge on knowing prices before I stop in, and it's always worked for me :)

This is the main reason. MLife just doesn't have the hang of it. When actual menus are available on hotels' websites, they're usually scanned into PDF files.

MGM just doesn't have the hang of that, I doubt there's more than a handful of PDF files across all of MGM.

If you don't post prices, then you don't have to scan and upload new files every time a price changes and you don't have people bitching about how the price now is higher than what was on the website. It IS annoying, but any menu I find on line, I don't necessarily expect the prices to be the same when I get there.

Thank you, everybody. Just trying to figure out if some things on MyVegas are worth redeeming. I have used up 4 rewards (Aria dinner for the day I get there, Aria breakfast/lunch the next day, $25 FP, and 2 nights MGM comped). It seems like places like Aria Cafe or Beer Park are not entirely associated with Mlife, but associated with MGM as a subsidary, so I can still redeem rewards for that - thus these questions.

Yeah, as others have said, Googling usually works - and if it's a restaurant at an MGM Casino that's not actually owned an operated by MGM you can often find the menus with prices on the company's own website (while the one on the MGM link won't include prices).

For example, if I want to see prices at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House I don't go to their section on the MGM Grand website, which has no prices:

    https://www.mgmgrand.com/en/restaurants/emerils-creole-cajun-restaurant.html

But to the restaurant's own site, which has the up to date menu with all prices (including Happy Hour):

    http://emerilsrestaurants.com/emerils-new-orleans-fish-house/menus?menu=lunch

For myVegas, it doesn't matter what the actual relationship between Mlife/MGM and the entity maybe. If the reward is listed under an MGM hotel, it is considered an MGM reward and within your MGM rewards limits (generally 3).

As promised, here is the Aria Breakfast menu

You may need to enlarge it to read everything.
