When you book a room and free play offer can you play the free play at any of czrs properties or just the one your staying at?
We where told it depends on the offer. In February we stayed at Paris and wanted to use our freeplay at Ballys but we were told we had to use it a Paris. A few weeks ago we stayed at Paris and went to TR at Ballys omsee if we could get the free play to use there and she looked up the offer and said this free play was eligible to use at any CET hotel in Vegas.
No, if you book a site specific offer then you have to use it at the site. For example I am using a 3 night comped stay at Bellagio with FP on our first night, then heading to Planet Hollywood for the next few and then at the end going to MGM with another comp, so I will have to use each FP comp at each property.
Every offer I've had with Caesars that came with free play was for the casino that I booked the offer on. Meaning the free play was for whatever casino I choose to stay at comped. Mark
It seems some offers for freeplay at CET can be used at any of the CET properties. The one we had in early July was that way. So you have to read the offer to see what the rules are.
I might have made a mistake. My host told me if you are diamond or +, you have a choice. I am always sent to the cashier to get TR. play money. I am always asked where I want to play it.
I would go to the TR desk at the hotel you wanted to use it at, the worst thing they can tell you is you have to uses it as X casino.
I am diamond and am always asked where I Want to use the freeplay. I was booked at Linq in June and used my freeplay at Harrahs, just told the cashier at Linq that is where I wanted to play.
