From a Packers fan I would put $100 on the Bears.

But my bet on them would guarantee them not making it. I would win either way.

    Well, that's rude!

I see them squeaking in. Assuming they don't have another injury-loaded year.

But I see my 2nd favorite team (just because they have my all-time favorite QB) winning it all again.

I don't see a lot of value in some of the playoff props. Take Atlanta for example, probably better of taking the season total rather than the playoff prop.

Atlanta Falcons - season over/under win totals
    Over 9½ -130
    Under 9½ +110

Atlanta Falcons - to make playoffs
    Yes -140
    No +120

Taking a longer look at Jax +400 if 10 wins will get a wildcard..Of course also Bortles has to play like it's 2015 again. He has great wideouts and the defense is top ten..4 'easy' games on the schedule,Jets Browns,Rams,Niners..They would have to win them all then split the division games and one or two vs Ravens,Bengals,Chargers..maybe squeak a win vs Pitt,Seattle,AZ...
Just thinking out loud and not a homer pick from FL,Green and Gold lifer here.

I bought season tickets the day after they hired Parcells and gave them up a couple of years ago. I never follow any of the off-season stuff and even I know they are fuckin' loaded beyond belief. I get up at 3 in the morning to make coffee, the ants crawling around in my kitchen sink even know it, they're like, your sink sucks but we walked up from Houston just to be around this shit.

winner...all of those are based on a hypothetical $100 bet (for the "plus" outcomes).
For the "minus" outcomes, the amount is how much you must bet to win $100.
So, for the Falcons, you would bet $140 for them to make the playoffs & win $100 if they do (lose $140 if they don't).
To bet on them NOT making the playoffs, you would bet $100 and win $120 if they fail to make the playoffs.
Bears? You have to bet $3000 to win $100 (them not making it)...but a $100 bet for them to make it (LOL) pays a $1200 win.

Crazy season so far...Jax D tore apart big Ben. I think if their D stays solid and Fournette stays healthy they have a great shot at making playoffs. Seems like they're finding their rhythm.

I loved the GB/DAL game...and the KC/HOU game...both were really exciting. Loved seeing D Adams back out there catching TDs after the hit he took last game...also loved T Hill showing off his wheels with his sideline catch (challenged/upheld) and his punt return for a TD.

It's still early in the season and teams are trying to figure things out and deal with injuries but we're getting a much better idea on who's a 1 week wonder and who's actually got a solid team. All that said, I think KC is officially the team to beat...people can talk about anything and everything but their D/ST is solid even after losing Eric Berry, their offense is humming smoothly and nobody has found an answer for them yet.

Forgot to add...can anyone loan me about $100 billion dollars? I've got a slight hunch the browns won't be making the playoffs this year...;)

Well midway through and Jags still looking good..a division win is even possible..Wish I had the opportunity to bet them +400 but could not go to LV this year..Good start for a 6.5 -130 win total and wins over the Browns and Niners could/should break that.
How is everyone else's season/bets going?

Well forget my NFC Champs bet and also the SB. Without Aaron Rodgers the Packers are a mediocre team and last night vs. the Lions proved it. They had a bye week, so two weeks to prepare and they looked terrible in all three aspects of the game. Jeez, 6 quarters w/o forcing a team to punt.
