Circus Circus is MGM Resorts' wet dream. It requires little upkeep, which they hate doing, and it pretty much runs itself while turning a profit. They already have the arcade and Adventuredome for parents looking to dump their kids off somewhere, and they're close enough to the Wynn to draw in XS club-goers looking for a cheap room.

I definitely remember the Great Disney Craze of the 1990s! Excalibur and MGM are the ones I remember in particular which tried it. Ditto with Mirage and Treasure Island. I can remember having a drink at the bar at MGM watching some kind of re-creation of the Wizard Of Oz balloon take-off scene.

I think it was Stardust which actually advertised "The alternative for grown-ups", or it may have been Flamingo.

Well, thanks for not turning on me for asking that question it was an honest thought while walking through there. It is really dingy and run down, as someone said threadbare carpet, etc, but if it continues on so be it.

we refer to it as a jumbo dong...the tradition is essentially over as none of us will pay to park at a casino

I gave the CC buffet 4 stars on Yelp. No crowds, cheap, good breakfast and lunch. I had no problems with CC, besides kids running around, and it's at an empty area.

Always pop in. Determining who is the chicken-pot / flip champion is a ritual each visit. Yet to experience the food there.

Not my video... just for a demo.

Future post-human civilizations will write textbooks about our modern civilization and there will be talk of giant neon clowns, rollercoasters, and penny slots everywhere!

Actually....That's probably decent enough to get me down there. I prefer live dealers but for decent rules I'd play video blackjack. It gives me an excuse to go there and that's something I've been looking for. Thanks for the heads up.

    Family Friendly Days ? ( dmr )
I remember MGM having The Betty Boop Slots +
The Yellow Brick Road on the casino carpets.
My very next trip the Yellow Brick Road carpet was replaced
The Betty Boop Slots Area was gone - but the hookers were still at the bar near by !
The hookers they couldn't replace !........they're Family Friendly ?

    Circus Circus ?
Why do you want casinos with "atmosphere" imploded ?
    .......never understood the thinking ?
