Slightly off topic, but if you're using a MyVegas comp, is there a special check-in line? Having seen the check in line at Aria last time, it made me really question the value of the comp.

No such MyVegas special check in exists for any MLife property. Only tier based.

Thanks. I figured some may have an "invited guest" line that may be incrementally shorter.

If there was a special line for myvegas rewards it would be at the back of the bus. Wait here til we get the real paying people in.

Oddly enough, don't think they still do it, but you used to use the "VIP" line with the buffets.

If I remember correctly, they will send you an email on your check-in day with a link so you can check in online. They have a separate area off to the right of the check-in desk where you can go to just pick up your key - there may be a short line there but it is way better than the regular check-in line.

At Luxor, a couple of years ago, I played 'dumb' and went to the preferred guest agent (no line). She nicely explained that MyVegas ressies weren't eligible, and then cheerfully checked me in!

    Worth a try.

This. When I used a MyVegas reward for Monte Carlo in May, I checked in online the day before. When I got there, I was able to scan in at a kiosk with no wait and avoided the roughly 45 minute line entirely. If MC has it, I'm assuming that every other MGM property has the same sort of procedure.
