Before TITO and the Bellagio didn't want its guests to have to touch dirty coins. IMG_2267.JPG

    Pretty classy! :D

Maybe that's why some toll collectors in IL were wearing latex gloves!
Either that or they do drive-thru prostate exams...:faint:

Lady Luck gave out black and white as I remember my mom wore one back in the 80-90's and would often forget to take it off between nickel sessions. The machine oil residue on those coins was bat-nasty. Good times though. (And when she would take it off it fit neatly in her plastic bucket with the nickels. Ha)

In the early 80s I remember many casinos had these slot gloves. Harrahs were white when you started (and soon black after play).

I still have that glove in my Las Vegas Souvenir Box. I also have coins bucket from the Bellagio.

I missed out on those gloves. I started going to LV at the beginning of the TITOs, so I never messed much with the coin droppers.

Nothing nastier than dragging a hundred dollars worth of quarters out of a bartop video poker dump. I never wore the gloves but I miss the wet naps at the cage.

MSS still has wet naps at the cage. And some coin-droppers on the floor.

Back in the day when playing at the tables, the pitboss had a clicker to signal the cocktail waitress that drinks were needed.

And Ty is correct. They still have some coin-droppers at MSS and wetnaps at the cage.

Lol I never saw those. I started in Vegas right before TITOs became a thing. I think there were one or two places w/TITO but everyone else was still on coin (which was so exciting because THAT was Vegas to us).
