Was thinking about spending an evening at the Wynn Craps tables on my next trip and hoping for some feedback as to if people have had good/bad experience's there... It's about the only spot on the strip I haven't played.
I remember someone mentioning that they changed to only 2X odds but not sure if that's true or not.
Drink service? Fun vibe? Friendly table staff?

    Thanks in advance!

please don't play the 2x odds craps table
if all the 2x tables remain empty, maybe wynn will replace them with 3/4/5x

someone just told me that wynn/encore does have the 3/4/5x odds but the table minimum is $50
    can someone verify?

Last time I played craps there (in March) it was $100 minimum for the better odds. The main floor is 2x

Wynn has a 3/4/5 table in the little high limit area off the the left if you are walking into the corridor toward the Country Club and Terrace Pointe Cafe. I have no idea what the minimums may or may not be there.

The tables on the main floor are only 2Xs. I think there staff is very friendly and it is a fun vibe. Yes the 2Xs sucks but it is what it is. The crews are some of the most professional table crews in the city. If I am passing through for a meal, show, or anything else I will play, I won't go out of my way to play or stay there though because of the 2Xs odds.

Wynn used to be my favorite place to play. Haven't been back (to play craps) since they switched to 2x. Now I play at mlife, Cosmo or Cromwell (100x!). Agree that I've always had excellent dealers in the Wynn but a $50-$100 game of craps is over my limit and I just can't support 2x odds. Boycott!

Drink service at the Wynn craps tables is excellent. Deep drinks in a nice glass...nothing cheap about it. Once the odds changed to only 2x I stopped going. I won't be back as long as the odds stay that way. Shame.

Drink service at the Wynn tables (of all sorts) is excellent. If you like a good cocktail (or four) and a cigar, don't go on the day you are leaving town or be careful not to miss your flight!

Great info... I'm definitely not playing at a place with 2X odds no matter how many free drinks they give me.

    give the palazzo a chance
it's just across the street from wynn

i had a great run at the craps table during my last trip
    and the crew was awesome
they were ribbing me hard for not parlaying my hard 10 as they advised me to... because i immediately rolled a hard 10 again
the dealers kept throwing my tip money on the hard ways and ended up taking down good tips during my roll

I've played at Palazzo and my experiences have always been good. I don't go there much because I believe that I can get better offers for my play from mLife and I don't love V/P nightlife, but I have nothing against the casino and will roll the dice there from time to time.

I concur that the drink service, vibe and dealers are excellent. But since the change to 2x odds, I make a point of going to a table and laying out a couple of Gs. Only to have them color me up once I notice the odds! Don't give them a dime until the odds change.

Drink service and general atmosphere are second to none, but the 2x odds is definitely a drag. Also, that is the one place where I just can't seem to win anything. I seriously think the dice are loaded there!

I agree with the comments above. Drink service is excellent (you get premium wells, not industrial crap). Waitresses are friendly, efficient and beautiful. However, since they went to 2x odds, I stopped playing there. Palazzo is right across the street, and has a very nice atmosphere with 3/4/5x.

The 2x odds is definitely a drag, but the dealers are very good but one time I played there I would get a lot of smart assed comments when I would hit a point/hardway.

The regular craps pit had 3/4/5 only on the $50 n March, empty table
    2x odds was almost full.
Place bettors don't care about the odds.

I never understood the hate on 2x odds...odds or no odds, your expected loss on the pass line doesn't change, as well your expected win does not change with additional odds.
Play craps where you enjoy it, and where you get lucky.
