Impossible burger from Andreas at Wynn? First time I hear of this. Extremely interesting!

I first heard about it from the Vital Vegas podcast and it's on my list to try one of these days

So I couldnt wait to try it in vegas and went ahead and tried it Umami burger here in SoCal. I would have to say it was delicious and I would have it again and frequently if it wasnt for the $16 price tag. None the less, kudos to the inventor because its a great sandwich that resembles a burger very closely. It will not replace my love of a traditional beef burger (which I have from time to time), but it will definitely satisfy my craving between beef burgers.
