This may be a long shot but my host Hunter has left PH like so many of you know already. I know a replacement is supposed to reach out to me but I'd like to do a little research on my own as well. Does anyone have any recommendations or contacts on hosts based at PH? Thank you!

CET hosts are dropping like rocks it seems. My 'casino sales exec' (called himself my host) left earlier this year. I received the notification 3/7. Still waiting nearly 3 months later for a new one to be assigned. I have a temporary one that says he can assist me until my permanent one is assigned (told me nearly a month ago it should be any time now lol).

What annoys me is my friend & his son both received a call a few weeks ago as a result of our April trip with someone introducing themselves as their new host. Really? Why not take care of the ones who are still waiting first? (Father plays heavier than I do, however son plays about same level or slightly less than I do).

does the TR app still show your old host?
My old host shows on there but has not been flagged as "available" for close to 3 months or more.
He has also not replied to any e-mails

We just received an email from David Beroni (Marketing Director of PHo) with some upcoming offers but it noted they should have the new host in place with in the next week. We shall see hopefully they can come close to filling Hunters shoes.....Rick

Yep, got the same email as well. Not heading back until September, if I don't hear from a new executive host at CET, I'll just stay my entire trip at the Cosmo.

We have our 7* trip set August fortunately it was taken care of a while ago by Hunter. We have been staying in the Panorama Suite but asked to try the Resort Vista and take a few extra up front comps. With just my wife and myself it will be plenty big enough. When we get a host I will post we have one but not their name. Have no idea how they will be, if not good, might try and go back to our Caesars host we had prior to going to V/P..................Rick

Just noticed the same thing. David Beroni is the same guy that sent us the monthly offer update and said they are working on replacing Hunter. He is the Director of Casino Marketing, so maybe he is just for the mean time until they hire a new host. I don't want someone who is doing this in his "spare time"...................Rick

He appeared on my app as well. As long as he has the authority to comp on the back end, I'll give him a try. The others listed on my app for Vegas are just regular host and cannot comp on the back end.

He was Hunter's boss I think. I am guessing he is just a contact, if we happen to be going there, until they hire or promote a new executive host.

I was hoping for some recommendations also. I spoke with Cindy Hinkley today. She helped me with some details of the trip Hunter had already booked.

Where did Hunter go? He was never my assigned host but he did help me with a trip one time.

You (I do) want uniqueness between host with some courtesy/gifts/face to face relationships but only for marginal (in my mind) comps. It might be a questionable comp but discretionable as well (if there is such a word). I would hope the base comp is similar with options on higher comping not to be in the excessive range. I guess I just feel for the gambler going through "new" contacts and not knowing what is what.
I think you should have 90% assurance you know what is coming through and 10% maybe given equal play - circumstances on a trip. I might have it all screwed up though.

My host is Jerry Grossman, I really like him but he is the only one I have ever had so I have no real basis for comparison. I am a low roller so there is not much he does for me, books the room, limo, takes care of the room charges and give me my gambling numbers after the trip. I have never asked for anything more than that. But he is responsive and helpful and seems like a good guy.

@BoostedRS and I and another buddy have the apex suite comped with full rfb for our trip in November. That David Beroni is my host shown on my app as well which I'm assuming is only temporary. I'm hoping to hear from whoever will be my new host soon so we can start getting to know each other and if anything will differ that I was receiving from Hunter previously.
