I have just come cross this site and really interesting reading up on people's thought and
    recommendations.

I will be having my 4th trip to Vegas early March, staying for 10 days, 3 in Freemont Hotel and 7 at Holiday Inn Desert Club just off the strip.

I have downloaded the Cityzen app which appears to give free daily drinks at four bars, these being Chayo and American Las Vegas at the Linq, PBR at Planet Hollywood and Rockhouse in the Venetian, and also noticed other offers for example when American Football games are on.

I have also purchased a Groupon voucher for a meal at Pampas Brazilian Grille, Surf and Turf for two with a free one hour bar, got this for $55 (using the $10 new groupon account discount).

Do others who may know of similar apps for places to download coupons, always good to get a free drink or some discounts here and there.

    Thanks in advance

Not an app but the Las Vegas adviser and American casino guide have a bunch of coupons including a great drink deal for Ellis Island, there is also a coupon for the palms that you can use at the bars for half off your drinks up to 50 dollars as well as many others.

You can preview the coupons in American Casino Guide and Las Vegas Advisor Book online and decide for yourself - it depends on what coupons you will actually use.

Qualified yes: If you have a car and it's a longer trip yes. If you're on the strip and short trip with no car I think it would be harder to get your value. And not worth spending valuable time chasing.

I stay on the strip and I think ACG is a good value. I use Nathan's, Original Chicken tenders, San Genaro burgers at Venetian- just those 3 I come out ahead.

ACG's value got a huge boost this year with the free ace promo at Downtown Grand, the $25 matchplay for both new and existing members at Golden Gate, etc. this year. But, as noted, to get the value you need to spend at least a few hours on Fremont Street.

We have used Cityzen. Did you do the verification already? You will need a code to enter that sends an email to verify your account.
To make it easier for the bartenders, have your name and last four number of your cell written out to give them. They have to find you on a tablet to give you a drink.

    In order of preference,
    1. Chayo, best choice of drinks. Not ear splittingly loud.
    2. PBR, a few beer choices plus well drinks. We were there early afternoon Sunday, it was loud, but we could talk to each other.
    3. Rock house. Again, a few beer choices plus well drinks. The loudness has varied, but mostly acceptable in the daytime.
    4. AmeriCAN. PBR or Miller lite for beer. Small cups. Well drinks seem OK. The sound level is high. Difficult to hear anything. The bartender couldn't hear our order. Disclaimer: British accent but I was shouting at her and she struggled. Nobody else at any of the other bars had a problem with my accent. They were also the only bar that insisted on ID before starting the process.

Paid $13 for it off Amazon. We only stay on Fremont and after scanning through, we'll easily make our money back + more. Thanks for the suggestion!

If you are visiting or staying downtown, two great Groupons:
    • Pizza Lotto at El Cortez - a large one-topping pizza and pitcher of beer, $16
    • The Vanguard Lounge (East Fremont bar) - $21 for $40 of drinks
Buy them during one of Groupon's frequent 20% off sales for even a better deal.
The pizza deal is incredible - New York style pizza, so big three of us (all adults) barely finished it, and a pitcher of craft beer (we got Goose Neck IPA).
The Vanguard deal is one my wife and I get every visit. With the 20% off sale, it's $16.80. That buys four top-shelf craft cocktails at a relaxing and friendly bar (as long as you get there before about 10 pm).

Download it and register. You will get an email to verify your account.

Once you get to Las Vegas, got to the first bar you want to use and ask for a code. All the bartenders seem to have one. Otherwise check online just before you go.

All locations have free wifi if you don't have a data plan. I do, but my OH doesn't.

Go to the bar at say, Chayo, tell them you have Cityzen. They will ask for your name and last four digits of the cell number. They will find you and then take your order. Once you've done all that I think it's automatic if you do it daily.

Good for well drinks or beer at most places. Strip locations are PBR Rock Bar, Chayo and AmeriCAN at Linq, Rockhouse at Venetian.

My order of preference and ease of use is
    1. Chayo
    2= Rockhouse and PBR
    3. AmeriCAN.

If you go to Pizza Lotto website you can play a pizza slot machine and get free prizes. If you play enough you can get free slices of pizza and yes I actually got 3 in a row and won 2 free pizzas. We stayed at the El Cortez this month and got couple meals for free and even had some extra pizza to pass out to a few less fortunate on Fremont Street

I heard on one of their youtube videos that ACG does have an app with free coupons. Has anyone ever used it? Any good ones?
