CET VIP Reservation Phone Number help please?

    Hi all, I have been Diamond for 2 years now and still no host or ever given the VIP reservation number promised... Can one of you please help by giving it to me?

    It's shows on back of your TR Diamond card as "877-7-PLAYER" which is 877-775-2937. Also, if you have TR mobile App. push "contact us" on MY TR, it will dial the number.

    some people can see host name on their mobile app, when signed in.

    And, for room reservations, you can always check the rate calendar online.

    Tier status doesn't determine if you have a host or not, your play does. Is there a specific reason you need a host for? Most of the stuff you can do on your own on TR website.

    Just didn't have the number, or do I thought... Have done great without one. Check with the host on duty when checking out and have been comped appropriately. Thanks though.

    Every time I've called the 877-7-PLAYER number I get dumped into the regular phone queue. Spend about 3 minutes going through what I want to do until the rep notices I'm Diamond or whatever qualifies you for VIP, they transfer me and I get to start over again with the VIP rep.

    That's Interesting. I never use the number but if it doesn't connect to the VIP service, what's the point of giving us different number!

    Call the 800 number of the property you want to make a reservation with and have them transfer you to "VIP Services" - works for me every time.

    I think that was happening to me too. Just seems like regular customer service.
