I am looking for a mid-level suite (my definition of 'suite' means the bedroom is fully physically separated from the living room area) with a separate half bath (or full bath) in the living area.

So far the only one I've come across which meets this criteria is the Executive Corner Suite at Vdara.

Any others you are aware of? Trying to avoid expensive options (e.g. SkySuites) on this if possible. Anything on/near strip is fair game for this.

    Thanks in advance....

The Wraparound Terrace Suite at the cosmo does (the second bath includes a full size shower.)

The Forever Fab suite I stayed in at the Flamingo had a 1/2 bath (no shower/tub), but I'm not sure that every one of those suites does.

Any suite at Delano - probably the cheapest non-CET option on the Strip.

Corner Suite at Aria. The Vdara room is probably a little cheaper.

Terrace Suite or Wraparound at Cosmo = maybe too much $, especially later in the week. Their "2nd bath" has a full shower.

I'm not really familiar with what CET offers in that configuration, I'm sure they have a couple, but most of their hotels are old enough they weren't designed with suites in mind, and so their suites tend to be way overpriced vs MGM when you compare them for size and quality.

Without a doubt, get the I BR Balcony at Signature.

The second bath is a full and you have a full kitchen to boot.

It's much cheaper than anything at Vdara, Aria, Cosmo, etc., etc.

Wynn's Parlor Suite would fill your needs, I think. They were on sale last week for 350/night.

Using the Third Night Free suite promo (currently available) at Four Seasons a one bedroom suite (which includes a separate half bath off the entry/living room, and a spacious closet/dressing area) will run about the same average nightly rate as the sale price for Wynn Parlor Suite.
If you have a platinum AMEX it may be worth it to check their rates for suite of your choice at Cosmo (added to FHR in 2016), Delano (added to FHR in 2016), Four Seasons, Wynn/Encore. Sometimes the hotel promos are better than FHR and sometimes they aren't.

Why not a Rio Samba suite with a half-bath off the living room since you are doing the WSOP?

I did consider this and it is on my list - just want to see what other options there are - but this would be an easy way to do it too.

Delano can be had cheap as long as there is not a large convention at MB.

Venetian Piazza Suite is exactly what you are looking for in terms of floor plan and likely the price as well. My buddies chose it on a trip few years ago because it was the cheapest "legit" suite they could find.

    Floor plan available at link:

I haven't stayed in it or priced it but the Prima suite also looks like it would fit your criteria. It's bigger and likely more expensive though.

+1 on Delano. Large separate room/living room and a 1/2 bath near the main door.

Yeah sharing the room with one other person who will be there for 2-4 nights of my 6-7 night trip in July. Don't want to get 2 separate rooms with a connector, and don't want to spend $ on a 2-br suite either. This is the happy medium, in my mind.
