I love the commentary from Gabe Kaplan, wish he was doing more commentary in poker, although he'd get thrown out of the WSOP for his antics LOL

Gabe was a great commentator, his shows are among my favorites.
It's clear the players consider Ivey in almost a godlike fashion as almost everything he says is met with nervous laughter. They try to kiss up and chit chat but he seems to be a hard person to have a conversation with.
Dwan won a huge hand vs Elezra-190k- on a board of 10-9-2.. flopped a set 10-10 vs 10-9 and it all went in the middle quickly

    Good stuff

I also enjoy the side commentary/betting taking place, very informal home game atmosphere. Laak and Hellmuth seem to go down these rabbit holes often.

I mostly enjoy the ones with the cash games, not so much the shootout sit and goes that was their earlier format.

Yes the cash games are my favorite to. The sit n go's lacked the drama-relatively speaking-of calling a 28k river bet... however if they're running I'm watching.

Watch as much as I can get. Big fan of Leeann Tweeden, and the poker isn't too bad either.

I actually record all of the episodes since they play them mostly after midnight here and then watch them later.

CBS Sports also has a 30 minute poker show that has been interesting over the last few weeks. Usually lasts 3 or 4 shows then a new set of people I believe at a new casino. Not a fan of the commentators though.

A lot of those episodes are 5, 6 or even 7 years old, dwan supposedly hasn't played a hand of poker in vegas in years. I'll watch an episode and it'll say 2017 on the listing and it'll have jerry buss on it, who died 5 years ago.

PokerGo has the entire series of Poker After Dark on Demand. I am in the middle of the first season tournament that had Matisow, Kaplan, Grey, Brunson, Buss and Negreanu.

My viewing is interrupted, however, with the live WSOP Main Event coverage. After a few hours, I need to watch some non-poker for awhile.

Anybody notice this in the article? Poker After Dark aired on NBC for seven seasons, from 2007 until 2011. Seven? Who is doing the ciphering on the years Jethro Bodine?

It's accurate. They did two "seasons" in each 2007 and 2008.

TV Show "Survivor" is well into the 30s as far as number of "Seasons" go. I think that came out in the early 2000s.
