    My Trip Report

This is my first trip report. I wish I could be as funny and entertaining as others are. I am starting out a little late. The first day is almost done. This year we have a group of 7 with 4 Vegas virgins. We have a lot planned but, hey ... what ever happens ..happens

Flew out of Milwaukee on southwest. Boarded A 17~23. Good flight. Checked in to 3 rooms at Flamingo... All go lux rooms with strip views.
Our Vons delivery was from 5 to 6 pm. They were here at 5:25. We had a huge order (for 3 rooms) The order was perfect... got everything we ordered.

3 of us had dinner at BLT steak. The food was great our server was even better. I used the travel zoo voucher for 2. They made us stick to the terms. I told our server that I had read on line that we could use it how ever we wanted to. She told us, travelzoo is cracking down and we had to stick to the format. It did not ruin our dinner. I.would eat here again.

My niece and I used it a couple of weeks ago and they let us use it however we wanted up to $210, then you have to pay tax and tip on the full $210. I've heard that different servers tell you different things.

    What's Included

    • $115 for dinner and drinks for two (reg. $210)
      • An amuse bouche and fresh Gruyere popovers to start; Las Vegas Weekly calls the popovers "heavenly"
      • Two appetizers or salads, such as grilled double cut smoked bacon or crab cake with radish salad (up to $21 each)
      • Two meat, fish or shellfish entrees, such as the 28-day dry-aged NY strip or the herb- and Parmesan-crusted veal chop (up to $58 each)
      • Any shared side, such as truffled mashed potatoes
      • Any shared dessert, like the peanut butter chocolate mousse with banana ice cream
      • Cocktail or glass of wine per person (up to $15 each); view cocktail menu

    Happy birthday to me!
Let’s check Garth off my nieces bucket list!

IMG_0396.JPG IMG_0397.JPG Ate at Harahs buffet, was surprised it was not bad. Spent a lot of time plugging slot machines... I would have come out ahead if I would have walked away...

4:30? That's my kind of day in Vegas!

It's been awhile since we had Harrahs buffet, but it was decent for "standard fare"

    Good luck later today!
