My wife and I are both Diamond at CET for 2018. Is it ok to help make my son Diamond on his card also? He is currently Platinum.

it most cases it wont raise a red flag. if you want to be conservative, just play games that wont generate a hand-pay. if you get "caught", just say "oh I must have grabbed the wrong card" they wont make to big a deal of it on the first offense, if they do at all. they ought to be glad that someone is shoving money into those machines.

Technically it's against the rules. Most likely you will be fine but it depends somewhat on where you do it and how you do it.

Yeah avoiding a handpay would be smart. I've played on other cards and never triggered suspicion. Also you may want to be careful triggering an out of the ordinary gaming day.

Another member on here is currently gold at CET, but when he hit the 500 daily tier threshold and a host introduced himself while he played.

If you get a handpay, just swap the cards.

If a host stops by to say hello, just pretend to be your son briefly. They'll leave pretty quickly.

Well that explains why a host came by my last trip to Harrahs So Cal.

I've legit accidentally used the gf's card by accident. Didn't hit a handpay or any weird scenario but mistakes happen

They don't care whose name is on the card. Person that pushed the button pays the tax and is paid. Only time a problem is if on a special promo0 for the card holder

that insane! sounds like an amateur casino operator. it most all casinos, the person who pushes the button must show their ID and the paperwork will be in their name.

I would have never made Diamond in the past if people didn't help me. It's kinda easier when you are all at the casino together just in case there is an issue.

Funny thing is....he did id me after he pulled the players card. Then still wrote it under the name on the players card. He must have been just going through the motions and not really reading it. I was afraid they weren't going to pay me so I didn't say anything, took my money then got out of there to spend it at another casino.

CET must REALLY hate us, as we've done 5000, 2500, 1000, and 500 TC in a day and NEVER has and host came and talked to us, LOL.

If it makes you feel better,
I hit Diamond Aspirations level 1 (40K TR) two weeks ago and I still dont have a host. Never been contacted by a host, never receive any promos in the mail. Been Diamond average 20-30k TR for past two years. This year I've played more to get to the 40K but yea, still no word from host. Not that I care i just wanted to let you know as an FYI so dont feel bad.

The mojo hasn't transferred that's for sure. Maybe it's those sneaky casinos are seeing I put her card in and they're secretly pulling levers and turning knobs to not let me win. That's it!

I have only been approached twice and both times was at the Cromwell. The first was last year when she came up and introduced herself and gave me a card. This last trip she came by the machine just to say hi. I'm not sure why since the only reason I'm diamond is because of the bonus's. I do make sure I hit at least 500 tier credits every day I play. Last year i did have a couple days where I hit 1000 tier points in a day. I'm not sure if because most of my points come from VP and not slots if that make a difference.
