I would have to go with The Mirage and Bellagio. They seem to enjoy winners. Wynn has the most beautiful atmosphere in the casino but their dealers are a bunch of smart-asses and Debbie Downers.

As some other posters have mentioned, just be aware that the dealers at the El Cortez are more rookies so you may encounter some problems because they aren't experienced with the game yet. But if you stay there you will find that some of them will remember your name (if you play regularly) when you saddle up to the table.

Personally I have found the crap dealers at the El Co to be more unfriendly but mostly because the players seem to look more like "transients" if you get what I mean.

Downtown I like GG and Binions. And, during the day, The D. Most of the dealers at The D remember me between trips witch is nice. If I go to ElCo again, it'll be later in the day. I went during the afternoon, and didn't have much fun. Either I or the boss had to keep correcting the dealer on payouts, and they always put them right in front of themselves... where I couldn't reach. I almost started using my cane to pull the chips over.

On the strip, I like PH. I did have fun over at Cosmo. The dealers, and the players were all giving 1 dealer a hard time. It was fun.

My favorites (in no order) are PH, Casino Royale and Monte Carlo.

On the other side of it though, I've found the dealers at Paris to be especially grumpy for some reason on more than one occasion. Also, the games at Mirage might have the most disinterested box people! LOL

Seeing as I don't win all too often, the dealers are what make my time enjoyable. I've found Venetian lately to be great. Palazzo has been better lately too. PH folks were always fun and engaging. Cosmo also has a pretty fun staff. NYNY used to be fun many many years ago, but was notably much more reserved and honestly boring the last couple times I played there. Those are the ones that stick out in my mind.

On the strip best for me was Cromwell - good crew and fun atmosphere in general. Worst was Wynn - the crew seemed to detest everyone at the table.

I couldn't agree with you more about the craps dealers at Casino Royal. Because of this, I normally steer clear of CR even though they offer the best craps odds on the strip.

*Edit: Looks like I'm mistaken about the odds at CR - they're now 3/4/5x. I must admit, it's been a couple of years since I've played on The Strip. I read that Cromwell is now the king of free odds, offering up to 100x! Man, I sure wish I could afford to take them on my measly pass line bet.

Gimme the Golden Gate. Low minimums. High odds. Fun atmosphere.

For atmosphere, you can't beat the Cosmopolitan. But as last poster noted, Cromwell is now the craps king of the strip; 100x odds are fantastic in a setting that is so pleasant and central.

I wish people would stop giving the Cromwell all this love. If the tables are packed when I hit town, I'm going to be pissed. ;)

I got the same vibe from them also. They seemed to be a bunch of Debbie Downers and Negative Nancys.

Fun reading where you guys think the most fun tables are. I'm coming back this fall it will be the first time in a while I've been back to Vegas. Vegas is where I first learned to play Craps and fell in love with it. I've always had the most fun at Binion's, the vibe of the table is always positive when I've played and it makes for fun sessions. Looking to play in a few others downtown for the first time this trip. Thanks for the tips.

On my most recent trip, Golden Gate continued to be the place I enjoyed the most. Good cocktail service and fun at the tables. During one run, I made more money from a big better's "tips" than I did on my bets. I tried to tell him no, but he (and the dealers) insisted I take the money. Looking forward to my upcoming trip this Fall.

As a guy who plays a lot of craps at the locals places and downtown, I definitely have to say that i like playing at Palace Station the best. I am a bit prejudice because I usually stay there. On the other hand that is one of the biggest reasons why I do.

Oddly enough, I had the best time playing Craps my last trip at the Orleans!

Funny, I was going to say Gold Coast! That's one stand out craps session that was crazy fun & profitable! Lots of drinks & cheers at about 3am on a random weeknight a few years ago!

I love the hotel, but hate craps at Cosmo. Too many drunk youngsters who don't know how to play craps. A group will wander by, ask how to play, then awkwardly throw a pile of chips in the field. I find it is a boring, terribly slow game, and this is midweek. I can't imagine a weekend.

I am looking forward to getting back to Vegas this next week. Craps has become my favorite table game and I look forward to giving the 10x tables downtown some action. The way I play (PL + come bets) I need to maximize odds as much as possible.

I am staying at Delano but plan on heading downtown Friday night for craps action.
