I noticed on their website that when you move up you receive multipliers but it looks like only slot play and not VP. Is this correct?

And the multipliers only apply to points you use for comps and free play. Tier level is still at 1x.

So your tier earn rate remains 1x moving up but the multipliers are for quicker FP/Comps then?

More freeplay and/or Express Comps type comps.

You get 1 base point, and 1 tier credit (which you can't see anywhere) for every $2.50 coin in on slots, $6 on VP.

At the bottom level, for each base point, you get $0.01 which can be converted to freeeplay OR resort credit (slots and VP)
At Sterling and Gold, you get $0.02 (slots only)
At Platinum you get $0.03 (slots only)

Nope, Cosmo currently only posts a single number that represents the combined amount of points you have available for freeplay and resort credit, accrued from both your gaming and hotel spend. You have to check with Identity membership (like at the desk in the casino) to find out where you are with tier credits. I emailed them today to see if they'd give it to me via email, haven't heard back yet. Not sure if they will give it to you over the phone - I think yes.

Their VP of Slots has said they're working on revamping the display of player club account info including being able to book offers. Hopefully they are making progress behind the scenes. They revamped their regular booking engine a few months ago and it appears to work pretty well, so I'm optimistic.
