Surprise Solo Trip May 22-26 - Live TR

I've been wanting to try BLT steak for a while now so I bought a tix4tonight 30% off (doesn't include alcohol but they will let you do happy hour price drinks at the bar)

Branzino was amazing




I ended up having 2 glasses of wine, the branzino and Mac and cheese for $52 before tip

 

The wife and I will be at the Flamingo in 12 hours!

My rental car (VW Asshat) said it was 101 today, but cars are stupid.

It might be because I'm now 30, closer to 31, or because I've been up since 145am Vegas time but I'm heading to bed early.

Just wait till you're closer to 50 than 40 (like me). When I think back to some of the utterly insane hours I kept in Vegas back in the day versus what I can pull off today, it makes me feel a bit old.

Like the night I walked out of the Cal after 'a couple of drinks and a bit of video poker' and was particularly puzzled as to why the sun was up so late at night...

Got 8 hours of sleep last night and feel awesome today! Also did 5.5miles of walking yesterday according to my Fitbit

Now I'm up, losing money at video poker and making my way to planet ho. I have an 11am massage.

After that I think I'm going to do milos at cosmo for lunch (another place I've been wanting to try!)

Looks like you're enjoying the day so far! Weather doesn't seem toooo terribly hot if you're darting between properties.

My massage at planet holly was great but the spa facilities were not relaxing. At one point the people working there were vacuuming and yelling at each other. Outside of the spa they were jack hammering (I'm not sure what). You couldn't here that inside the spa tho but kind of ruins the zen when you're leaving.

After I went to Milos which was amazing. I had a delicious lunch. The service and attention to detail was fantastic. Gambling at cosmo after sucked haha

 

Made my way to SLS via the monorail. Because I like their mojitos and I've had decent luck here not losing as quickly as some other casinos
