I'm starting off my next trip at MGM Grand and I'm taking MLife out of my rotation, so I'm just going to play enough quarter JoB (about $1,800 coin in) to reach Pearl and keep my ECs alive a little longer. VPFree2 says MGM Grand has 9/5 dollars and 9/5 quarters single play by the TAP Sports bar. I know the location because I played a little there about a year and a half ago. But I could swear it was 8/5 for quarters at best. Anybody played quarters in that location recently? Do you trust VPFree2 to be up to date for strip properties? Thanks...
I was just there earlier this week and didn't see anything better than 8/5 on JoB in MGM. My wife used to play JoB exclusively until she got tired of me telling her how boring it must be for her.
vpFREE2 shows that the 25c and $1 9/5 JoB are on the one Multi-Strike machine outside the TAP Sports Bar. You can't actually play one line on these and get the full payout on the royal, but you can play 2, 3 or 4 lines OK. vpFREE2 also shows one 50 play machine with 25c 9/5 JoB outisde the TAP Sports Bar. You can play just one line or any number of lines on 50 plays and get the full payout on the royal. http://www.vpfree2.com/casino/mgm-grand-las-vegas Is vpFREE2 up to date for the strip casinos or any casino? Depends on whether players using the site have reported changes they see. FWIW the above two machines were in that location the last couple of times I was there but it was a few months ago.
I didn't check that machine. I only had time to play the Quick Quad machine with 7/5 Bonus for nickels (98.01%; 98.29% w/QQ). If you're looking for lower variance that might be a good choice. But if you bet 6 per line remember there are significant changes in strategy.
Thanks, I guess this is the one I'll be looking for. $1,800 coin in gives me 1,440 hands to work with, but I've got 3 nights to kill.
