I remember going down these stairs for a breakfast special. Eggs, hashbrowns, toast I think.

Be forewarned but technically parking isn't free. You may be lucky to find someone who will validate your parking without any play but during the daytime (and sometimes early evening) you may be required to put in some play on your player's card to get the free validation.

Not always the case but I just wanted to make sure you understand that parking isn't really "free" so you aren't surprised when you try to get the validation without any play.

very little reason to go in that joint. I used to like the rib platter, but the quality there as tanked.

Nice to look at. But I rather play at places that have lower minimums and 3/2 bj. I can walk by and stare at the cowgirls but I rather play at places that have less of a house advantage IMHO.

I park there all the time. It's cheap, becuase I often forget to get it validated.

It makes me sad to see how far Binions has fallen. I used to love that place.

spent many many hours there playing single deck and poker....buy in and you could get a chit for the coffee shop before you even played a hand.

guard in the high chair with his weapon, great cocktail service....
one time i went in there even though some kind of strike was going on and Jack was with a change cart attendant and handing rolls
of coins to anyone sitting at a machine and then went to the tables and gave out a chip to every player at a table. $5 table, $5 chip.

toward the end my buddy TBone had them on the ropes for over 5k playing blackjack and the dealer was so nervous he was dumping
he called for a time out and Becky say down and dealt. sh kept offering rooms, food, limo, anything she could so he wouldn't leave.

In the end he colored out at $4500 and we wondered if they even had that in the cage. after some scrambling around they finally
paid him. when he asked for us to get a limo back to the strip, she said no.:haha:

almost forgot... walking to the poker room i saw a game going on and Johnny Moss, Slim, and Doyle and a couple others were playing....that was cool

The last 2 times I've gone downtown I've parked in the BInion's garage and both times the parking machine was broken so it was free for everyone.

Thanks for the warning. I'll give them some play just in case.
