Which do you think you will eventually prefer...

The Park area or the Linq.

Eventually I think the Park area will be nicer. I already like the shades, greenery and water falls.
They also have Bruxie at The park

    The neither.

Linq will have more to do, but really, its only draw to me is In N Out.

Park's biggest appeal is more open not retail space. But how often I'd actually use that ....

I haven't been since The Park has opened, and I have yet to bother venturing down The Linq even though I walked by it dozens of times. I will definitely go down Linq now that In N Out is there. So there's that? I plan on going to the arena, assuming the Golden Nights are in town when I'm there.

I don't know. I can't really weigh in until I've walked down both, but in and of itself, neither one appeals to me as a place to always go hang out.

Honestly, neither of them do a huge amount for me.

I've only been to The Park.......and that was only because of Bruxie. And those cool fountain thingys. Other than that, not sure I'd make an effort to actually go there besides that.

I think once all the construction at the Monte Carlo is done, The Park will be more desirable. Better restaurants at the Park I'm my opinion! Plus, I like NYNY.

Haven't been to the The Park yet, not till August, but one thing i hate about the LinQ Promenade is the lack of seating on the property. Basically, if you're lucky, you can grab a spot at the Fountain. I wish they installed benches for people who are just browsing and want to take a breather.
It does sound like The Park has more of a "Park" setting, where you have ample places to sit without being on the property of retailers like at the LinQ.
Even though i gamble at CET, The Park seams to be a place where i'll spend a lot of time in between gambling.

Linq. I end up there at least once a trip. Yardhouse.

Been to both several times. I'm leaning towards Linq. I agree, there isn't a lot of sitting areas around, the only downside for me, but I just like that segment of the strip more than further south.

I really have tried the south strip area, we spent six weeks at Excalibur and Luxor one year. We just ended up walking north most days.

To me the Park is unfinished so by default it goes to Linq. Once ParkMGM and the theater opens, we can truly gauge the ambiance tied to the increased foot traffic. Unfortunately, that won't be for a long time.

I would choose the Linq mainly because of Tilted Kilt and O' Sheas.

I like the Linq. We spend a lot of time at the yardhouse, and the occasional ice cream at Sprinkles.

Linq has more to do and eat but the Park is nice and clean and fun if an event is going on

This is a tough one for me. I really like both to be quite honest, each for something different. I enjoyed spending time in the Linq area when I was down center strip, I used it as a place to just sit and people watch, always at the fountain since there is really no other place to sit.

    BUT....

I enjoy The Park area more of an area I can sit and just relax, listen to the water falls and watch people as well.

They both are nice concepts as far as I am concerned.
