Joe's New York Style Pizza is pretty good. Across from Hard Rock in a strip mall. Not super thin crust but might fit the bill and is fairly close to the Strip.

I like Flour & Barley at the LinQ Promanade. You can eat in or order outside. The slices are big and inexpensive.

Windy City Beefs N Pizza - the sausage classic is my go to. I alternate between thin and deep dish.

I like Naked City pizza. Have only eaten at the one on Paradise.

There's a place right across from Hard Rock.
