Sometime on Friday (4/21/17), the DB game at the 4Qs bars were switched to full pay 10/7. Do now instead of just 4 machines with $1 10/7 DB, there are now around 50 or so. And the best part is that they did not change the coin-in requirements on the bar machines, so they are $8 coin-in = 1 point. The four machines near the cashier are $16 = 1 point. Hope it lasts.

If you post this on VPFree, it probably won't last. Lol

But just checking VPFree2, one good sign is that this doesn't look like a goof since they also added 40/10/6 DDB (99.96%) at the 50c+ level.

Wow, this is great news! I'll definitely play at the bar on my next trip if that remains. Are they progressives, too?

Progressive is only available at the quarter level, not 50c or $1.

That's what has been reported. Quarters are still 9/6 DDB (98.98%+prog.). Gonna try downtown a bit next trip?

This is great news! I already had my next trip at Four Queens booked for 5/8- 5/13. Looking forward to getting the $8 coin in for $1. Hope it can last until 2 weeks from now. First time in a long while I can remember VP actually getting better somewhere instead of worse and it's great to see it happen at the casino I vacation at every year.

Are you sure. Last trip at dollars they had a progressive on dollar for each suit of royal. The diamond one was pushing $8k

That's only on Jacks or Better, but has a bad 8/5 paytable. The 10/7 Double Bonus and 40/10/6 DDB will almost certainly be the better games. For the 8/5 Progressive to be 100% return, the average royal needs to be north of $8500. It's never got that high from the pics I've seen.

I am sure there is no progressive at 50c or $1 on DB or DDB at the bars in Four Queens.

With DB being a positive EV and DDB being almost 99.96% return, I find it difficult to complain about the lack of a progressive.

Hey everyone, just a follow up to the thread earlier this week. I heard that 10/7 vp at the Four Queens bars was removed as of today? Can anyone check or confirm if this is true? My God, what a tease, if this is true, why would they do this for just a week and then change it?

I would not be surprised one way or the other.
Over the years, I witnessed casinos accidentally put "too good to be true" pay tables
on VP machines and even table games, then removed them quickly once
    they realized their mistakes.
Good for those who were lucky enough to catch a good run while it lasted.

Yeah, and if it's true, I'll have to wonder if I helped them realize it as when I saw this on VPfree2 I messaged four queens on facebook and asked if they could confirm this was the case. I had no idea a multimillion dollar Enterprise could potentially be so careless that they would do that and then potentially have a customer point the mistake out to them. I never even thought that could be a possibility in this day and age when everyone knows the vp tables. and if I aided and abetted them realizing the mistake!!!! good grief, never would have asked if I had known they may have made a mistake, especially when I'm scheduled to be there in less than 2 weeks!. How stupid can one be. Hoping someone will eyeball these machines and find out the 10/7 is still there.

Yeah, I would have never posted it on VPFree2 if it was me. I was hoping since it was two great games that it wasn't a mistake.

10/6 DDB at Gustav's Bar at Paris (one unit) lasted at least a few months in 2014 because I didn't publicly report.
