Noticed that my mlife points are at 0. Tier credits and express comp balance are unchanged but the points that I had are gone. Was not that many so not a big deal - just curious if this has happened to anyone else? (Was just there is February - so should not have "expired" - and I think the expiration for express comps would be the same also and that amount is still there).
My tier credits weren't adding up after my last trip so I gave them a call and they updated..if you still notice it in the nezt couple of days, I would give them a call.
I had 2,200 something points after my January trip and they got zeroed out a few weeks ago. When I first noticed they were there, I wasn't sure where they all came from because I only did $4,500 coin in on the trip, which should be 1,500 points (about the same number as my HGS points). But I also usually play off my points before I leave. They may have done some sort of audit and found something that led to an adjustment program being run, which led to a fuck up. If you lost a lot of points, I'd pursue it. $22.00 in points isn't worth me even starting on, because I know it'll probably take more time than it's worth. If they don't show up by my next trip, I'll probably bring a screenshot of my coin-in numbers, TCs and HGS points balance and ask at the MLife desk.
I didn't have many because I try to zero them out when I leave either in comps or move them to free play but I usually have a few. Mine are gone as well. I don't sweat it, Mlife is not known for their site accuracy
I had mine disappear also. Called the mLife customer service number. The rep had me log out and then (after about 5 seconds) log back in and they were back. He said they had a computer hiccup (that did not effect every account). bruce
Mine disappeared somewhere around a week ago and I have logged out each day and back in and they're still gone. It's only $116, but I'm not letting them keep it! I haven't called yet thinking they should get the system fixed at some point before I step foot in one of their properties again.
I noticed the same thing about a week ago. I'm MLIFE Plat which means I have a year till they expire, but my last play in Vegas was in November. I was going to notify my host and inquire about it, but figured I'd just contact the MLIFE desk instead. I emailed the MLIFE desk and they stated there were some issues with members points after some update to the site (go figure), and that my points should be back in my account now. After reading email, I logged back onto MLIFE site and my points were there again. I would give the MLIFE desk a call or shoot them an email if you don't want to wait on the phone.
Guess I am not the only one. Hopefully this means there is a problem they are aware of and will fix. I did not have enough points to spend much time worrying about - not even sure what the conversion rate is to point play (1 penny a point ?).
Yeah, it's a penny a point. Different numbers go missing at different times. It used to happen more frequently than it does now. But as far as I can remember, they always get it straightened out eventually. Now that I think about it, they had loaded $55 in freeplay under an offer that was only good for a month at the new National Harbor casino. That's gone because the offer expired. I wouldn't be surprised if the points going missing is related to that somehow.
Mine disappeared too a few weeks back, but they came back on their own a few days ago. I agree, email/call if they don't reboot...good luck!
Just logged in and noticed that my points are back. Assume that is true for others that were missing them as well.
I logged in and out a bunch of times over about a week and my points never showed up. I called Mlife and the guy on the phone said he would "refresh" it and once he did that my points showed up.
Logged in today and my points are back, along with the $55 freeplay for National Harbor that went missing.
Did you call in or did they come back on their own? I have been checking periodically and I am still at 0 points but I've been hoping I don't have to call.
I was just about to give them a call today after reading this thread and because my points had been at 0 for several days. It's now back to 264K. Weird
Hmm still 0 for me, but I guess I'll sit on it - not headed back until mid-June so maybe they will come back on their own.
