    My Trip Report

I was going to do a long drawn out trip report but decided against it due to laziness and a fuzzy recollection of details :D

My wife and I stayed at Cosmo for 3 nights in a Terrace Room with a King bed using a comp match I had from Aria (thanks to this board!). Hands down, the best experience I've had in Vegas so far. From the VIP check-in to the room, to the view itself, Cosmo has become my new favorite spot in Vegas.

Gambling was up and down the entire time. We stuck to Craps, Brittney Spears/Michael Jackson slots, hit and run BJ, and I put three hundo on the Spurs/Jazz game (damn push!). We did ok, but I could never really hold onto the wins  All in all, I left expending my entire gambling bankroll (-$2200) but had a blast doing it.

    Hope you enjoy!

    Coming in hot!

I'm not big on drinking in my room, but this one made me want to slow down and enjoy it. A little gin and tonic while the fountains get warmed up for the evening:

Turned this into $80 (three blacks in a row!), but quickly lost it on one pass line/odds bet on a point 8 :(:

Pretty buzzed at this point. Getting back on the monorail from SLS:

The Wynn/Encore hasn't changed a bit (don't know these people lol):

Bellagio gardens have a cool set up right now (again, I don't know these people):

Some more chip porn for my gambler friends (off a $200 buy-in):

Lago was on point. Great food, better view:

Went to Caesar's after dinner to gamble. We got to the lobby, looked at each other and said "nah". Lol. We did get this decent pic though:

Checking out is a little easier when it looks like this (no resort fees! It's a miracle!). Thank you Cosmo!:

Overall we had a great time, but we both agreed we walked too much. My brother-in-law (Vegas first timer) tagged along for two days and we walked up and down the strip to show him the town. Were going back in September for the first week of the NFL season and my birthday to hopefully win our money back and actually relax. We both agreed were not leaving the Aria/Cosmo/Bellagio block next time, except for maybe a trip down to Venetian for the gondolas (something we haven't done yet in our 9 or so trips out) ;)

Below are some videos I took of the room we had and the views, as well as our view from Lago:

You may want to check your privacy settings on google photos. I can't see your photos. Can you see this one from my Google Photo account?

Wish I could see your photos. Nothing beats a fountain view terrace suite at Cosmo; glad you enjoyed it!

I can't figure out what's going on with the photos. I can see them fine, even signed out of my Google account. I'll have to re-host them later tonight. Thanks everyone!

    Thanks for the report!

You may have left your BR behind, but it sounds like you took a fortune in good times and memories home with you! :D

I just got back from Cosmo a couple of days ago. My first stay there. Great hotel and great rooms. My room was identical to yours except a view of Planet Hollywood and the strip from the boulevard tower. Found the secret pizza every raves about. Well living in the NY metro area, home of the worlds best pizza it wasn't anything I can't get at home. Plus $5 a slice is crazy, as was $8 for a breakfast sandwich at Eggslut. But that Vegas I guess. I had absolutely no luck on the slots or tables there. After 2 days I did almost no gambling there.

Isn't that a fact about the pizza, fellow New Yorker!! You are correct about the Secret Pizza joint. Nothing special, compared to what we have here at home.
