There are lots of options. We have used ours at Giada, Mesa Grill and Maratanos. Gordon Ramsey Steak - or Old Homestead would certainly be other options to consider.

I'm assuming you're talking about the $100 diamond voucher? How many people will be dining? Are you ok paying over the $100 or is that what you want to spend?

I have used it for dinner at the Caesars Bacchanal buffet before since I don't think any buffet is worth $100 bucks a couple. Last year I used it at BurGR to treat my parents because there is no way my dad would have spent $15 on a burger. He did like it and even ordered a beer to go with it. Next month we are eating at BLT steak at Bally's on a food comp and if we enjoy it we might go back in October and use the Diamond voucher.

I have used my vouchers at:

    Giada's
    Gordon Ramsay Steak
Eiffel Tower (I think I did, and if I did it took some wrangling)
    Center Cut Steakhouse at Flamingo
    StripSteak at Planet Hollywood

All good meals, basically, anywhere where you'll eat more than $100 (since you don't get change back).

BLT Steak, also check groupon because in the past there have been deals and you can piggy back the two

Maybe over 100 places at CET where you can eat. Enjoy.
