Today - April 20th is the mother-in-law's birthday.

TRIVIA: My GERMAN mother-in-law's birthday falls on the same day as this infamous twentieth century European despot who felt that the color brown was 'sehr güt' and sported one of the worst mustaches ever.
Can you name the celebrity dictator who shares a birthday with my mother in law?

And make no mistake, meine damen und herren, I make absolutely certain to remind her of this as often as possible. Verstehen sie?

And where does Margarete want to go for her birthday lunch? Her favorite home away from home...the Seminole Hard Rock Casino located at the corner of Orient Road (same road as the county jail) and I-4. Can't miss it.

DINING: So we go there for the buffet - the in-laws dig that so we do the right thing - and we all enjoyed ourselves. The outlay for four persons was $8 cash (we used comps for what would have been a $60 ($15/head)). Not a bad deal for $2 per person!

The Vibe: construction is progressing at a maddening pace. I'm not entirely certain but I do believe these fellers are working around the clock. The walkway from the garage to the second floor casino is progressing and it's only a matter of time before the rat maze we've come to love succumbs to efficiency. Walk through the door and begin gaming immediately.

Gaming: And for those playing along at home, here is today's box score:
Bankroll In: $400.
Bankroll out: $700.
Gaming: Kronos slot machine (using the ever popular your-turn-my-turn system made famous by husbands across the globe).

 

My buddy has a 420 birthday, too! I'm green with envy!
