Caesars has done all kinds of BK and shifting of corporations, assets, and the like. You might find some info in the CASINO INDUSTRY and DEVELOPMENT subforum here. Even then, it I think it would be difficult to get the whole picture.

Your best bet is to go look at their public financials to the extent they exist. Both of them are pretty complicated even by the standards of a large, US-traded public company.

Remember that MGM split in half with the REIT spinoff, and that Caesars did something similar post bankruptcy.

The Caesars parent holding company and a number of the operating subsidiaries are still in the middle of their bankruptcy case. Here is the docket of all of the filings related to their restructuring in case you wanted to read anything in particular: https://cases.primeclerk.com/ceoc/

Since they are a publicly owned company, their financials should be public I believe

For my finance class back in college I did my report on MGM Resorts International and it was always interesting to delve into their 10k.
