I love Mon ami Gabi at Paris for people watching.

I can't recall if there are any other street side cafes for people watching on the strip.

Hexx is right beside it. This has been our go to place for lunch on our day leaving Vegas. We have never been disappointed in the people watch department. We might try Gabi for breakfast this time around.

Downtown...but one of our favorite past times is to sit on the patio at Banger Brewery on Fremont. People watch and also try and guess the weight of people who get on the outdoor scale at Heart Attack Grill next door. A good break from gambling and good for at least 2 or 3 beers.

Yeah I recommend Hexx. Great overlooking the strip watching the hustle.

If you don't want to eat, Hexx has an ice cream shop next to the restaurant with an outside patio. Our go to spot for people watching after dark. A decent view of the Bellagio fountains.

Yeah we've had a cone there, not a lot of tables but if you can get one it's a good spot.

Yes, 4.7%. It's in the fine print on the menu. Exact same as Beer Park upstairs from Hexx.

Yea, not worth people watching. Essentially a 5% premium onto everything you order...

Best place to people watch is at the encore entrance where everyone stumbling in their bikinis already wasted.

I had one of the best breakfast meals I have ever had at Mon ami Gabi a number of years ago. It was a breakfast with Beef Bourguignon. It have not seen this on their menu since that trip. If they still had it I might be tempted to have that for breakfast every day.

Gabi is fine, but it's marred as of late by the loud, rather tacky religious zealots who walk back and forth in front of the patio.

Their Beef Bourg eggs benny is served only on Sundays. It's delish.
