I searched the threads because I thought I saw a mention that Cosmo allows you to use your freeplay without staying there, but couldn't find the answer. After four losing stays at Cosmo, I'm thinking of taking a break and staying elsewhere the rest of my trips this year but thought I might wander down to Cosmo and try to use my Freeplay.

    Has anyone done this?
If so, did you just go to the Identity desk and mention your offer code to get it activated?
    TIA!

Yes you can, but I've never done it personally.

    Absolutely!
Just go to identity desk and tell them you'd like to use your offer...they'll help you.

Thanks @tringlomane and @TIMSPEED, will give the no stay Freeplay a try next trip.
Might be a short 'trial separation' from Cosmo; despite losing on slots, I'm hooked on the fountain view balcony, lol!

I have always found my Four Queens mailer free play available whether or not I am staying there. I've never tried Cosmo, I just assumed Four Queens was behind the times.
