Been on an HL kick lately and was curious to see what are your faves. The Venetian has a nice one in the fact that it's got it's own bathroom and lounge area to relax in (sometimes with snacks). The Wynn's is the biggest, especially their Bacarrat room, but I had to wait a long time just to get a bottle of water -- I was dying of dehydration. Anyway, looking for thoughts (even at the lower tier properties). There was a great thread on the HL Baccarat rooms, but it didn't really review the HL rooms themselves

Well, if bathroom and lounge areas are what you're looking for, you can find them in the high limits at Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo, Caesars, Bellagio, Aria, NYNY, Monte Carlo, Cosmo (both high limit and talon), MGM Grand, and Mandalay Bay. Some of these high limits put signs up to try and limit access to the lounge areas (Wynn, Bellagio and MGM Grand immediately spring to mind), but I have never had anyone actually check my card when I walked in them. It may be just because they have seen me there many times in the past, but its something to be aware of

I'm looking for insight on which are the nicest in terms of experience. I haven't tried them all so was wondering which are worth checking out.

I play baccarat mostly at MGM property's - I been to MGM grand Vegas, Aria, Bellagio and Mirage - most of them offers food and snacks exception to Mirage; weekend night did have some very minminal snacks. But rest of them had its own decent size "buffet" (lunch and dinner I think); mostly Chinese food due to HL room gears towards to baccarat players (Chinese players mostly) and it's own bar. I never really had any issues getting drinks, cigars and cigarettes etc...
Most HL room foods/drinks were pretty decent and since most of them are playing you can have whole food to yourself lol.
I been to other HL room NYNY but nothing here really so was Monte carlos.
I would rank (food and service wise) MGM property's -
Aria & Bellagio tie they both offer good food/drinks services are top notch.
    MGM grand
    Mirage

Still depends on what you are looking for. From an overall ambiance/experience perspective, my favs are Aria, Talon, Palazzo and Wynn.

Talon room is smaller, has higher limits, and the ambiance is different. Form the main HL, you almost feel like you're part of the main floor (or at least can still hear a lot of the noise). Talon room feels very separate from everything else thanks to its location and décor. Not sure what your games are, but be aware that they do not open BJ in the Talon room until noon each day and the roulette wheel is not always open (of course, that can also be said for the main HL also). Have fun, it is nice

I've played some single zero roulette in the HL room at Aria when I was up big one trip (not the greatest idea looking back), and I don't think I've ever experienced nicer/faster drink service in my life. I also enjoyed how Aria's was closed off, but not completely isolated. It was definitely relaxed and not as intimidating as I thought it would be.

HL rooms usually aren't my thing though. Besides the limits generally being outside my comfort zone (high limits - duh), the quiet nature of most of them aren't my preference for casino vibes.

Yeah, the drink service in the club prive high limit at Aria is the fastest I have ever experienced. They're basically waiting for you the moment you step up to the table. The high limit bac room there is not quite as fast

Whats Talon? Also, I didn't see much of a room at Palazzo. It was a tiny, cramped room. The Bacarrat room is another story, however.

Talon the other high limit room at Cosmo. Second floor, near eggslut. And we must be talking about different rooms at Palazzo, because the high limit is huge (one of the larger ones on the Strip). I will guess you are talking about the alcove with the high denomination slots

That's exactly what I'm talking about, right next to the private/invited guest check in. Could you direct me to where you are referring to?

There's a great high limit section at my local casino (Mohegan Sun) right in the middle of the floor, surrounding a lounge that sits a top (what they call) a rock. No single zero, 100 min roulette. The machines at $5 denom aren't bad. It gets even more exclusive when you need a certain status to enter the other section within it. Nuts the amount of money that runs through that casino.

Sure. Its right next to Hong Kong Café. If you exit the high limit slots onto the casino floor (don't go back into the invited guest area), turn right and just walk straight. Its in the corner of the casino next to the Cafe. Its a very large room with baccarat, blackjack, roulette, multiple large screen TVs, a high limit cage, bathrooms, and a bar in back. There are also smaller rooms in back for private tables
