I stay at the Cosmo every trip now for the last 4 years. I love it there. What are the things that I should be doing that I am not? I've eaten at Hosteins, overlook, hidden pizza place. I spend most of my time gambling and drinking I'm not a club guy. I usually get 3-4nights comped and still have yet to go to the wicked spoon. I enjoy laying out by the pools and wandering. I feel lile there is so much stuff I am missing out on at this resort. This trip I really want to see what food they have to offer and find all the good beer and whiskey spots.

we loved Rose.Rabbit.Lie as somewhere to eat, drink and be entertained. That was a few years ago when it had the Nocturne, it's changed what it does a little, but I'd still go back there!

I love the billiards table at one of there pools
Also they have free tennis courts out back by the spa. (they will provide the equipment free of charge as well)
the fountain view rooms and the wraparound have amazing views
The sports book IMO is top notch and provides a fun open airy atmosphere for enjoying the games but also being right in the casino.

Go to Milos for the lunch special. Check out the Talon room. If the table minimums are higher than you like in there, at least grab a drink at the bar. Make sure you have checked out both the Boulevard pool and the Bamboo pool. Check out the public art on the second and third floor corridors that connect the two towers. And camp out to people watch in the evenings

    Two ways to have fun.

1- pay for an experience, a show, a meal, a ride. that sort of thing.

2- make your own fun no matter where you are at.

Make your own fun and you will have a great time and it will actually cost less.

I agree Estiatorio Milos (Mediterranean) lunch special at $29 is a great deal (salad/entree/dessert) - lovely restaurant setting and food is great.
China Poblano is a favorite - small dishes or shared - we enjoy the queso fundido, Golden pigs, table made guacamole, carnitas, fried wonton, etc., etc - it's hard to narrow it down!!
The Henry is a good option for breakfast or late night.

We will beat you to it - this week - but will save some for you:feedme:
Wishing you best of good luck on your trip next week.

Funny story, my husband accidentally ordered the 'When Pigs Fly' steamed ones rather than the 'Golden Pigs' fried ones, I noticed it but didn't say anything thinking he was trying something new. After he ate one he said, 'there is something wrong with these they don't taste right, they forgot to fry them and they didn't bring the dipping sauce' :D.

I then asked our server for an order of GOLDEN PIGS - haha - and we managed to eat both versions. The condensed milk really makes those things even tastier. We were piggies indeed!

Hahaha. I did the same thing. My fix was just to go back 2 days later and get what I actually wanted. If you can beleive the story the bartender told me, some kitchen guys were making them for themselves while closing up and Jose Andres walked in and wanted to know what they were and what they were dipping them in. He liked them so much, he put them on the menu.

    UK,

Couple of years ago I ordered a drink at the high limit room at Aria and they made the point that the drinks where 2x the price when paying cash in the HL. I assume this isn't the same at the Talon room?

Also, coming from the land of Malik Monk....that kid is unbelievable.

Definitely give Eggslut a try. The Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich seems pretty simple, but it's one of the best things I've ever eaten (while mostly sober).

Breakfast at the Henry. I suggest either the short ribs Benedict or the cinnamon roll French toast. TASTE THE LOVE

I stayed at Cosmo a few trips ago, and I'm going to try it again, but I have so many fond memories of MGM, Mirage and Venetian.... Guess I'm just getting old lol.
