Hi, I had a quick browse but couldn't find anything specific.

I have an offer from The Palms after I stayed and played at Palms Place in November and really enjoyed it there. I logged into my account there for only the 2nd time and found an offer.

Now it says see your mailer for more details but I have checked my email/spam etc and cannot find anything. Is there a way I can find out what the offer is without calling them? Already booked a couple of hotels for my next stay in May but I wouldn't mind heading back there for a couple of nights and staying on the radar.

    Thanks in advance.

When it says "check your mailer" I believe that they are referring to the printed "snail mail" that you should have received.

At least that's what they're referring to with CET and mLife.

Ok thank you. I have definitely not received anything through the post from them (maybe as in the UK).

I did get some snail mail from Sams Town which had already expired so maybe the same with Station.

Would like to check out the offer and not wait and see if the post arrives though.

If its in your online account, you are good. If you want to book just call them and do so. You dont need to have the actual mailer in hand to get the offer. And by being overseas, that might be fairly hard to do.

If it makes you feel better, my stations offers show up online nearly a month before I actually see a mailer. And I'm in Chicago! Usually I end up getting a slot tourney or something a week before it happens via smail mail. Fat lotta good that does me as an out of towner.

They are really set up as a locals joint, so there is a gap. My host knows this and she will email me something she thinks I might like when it pops up.

I'm in Canada, and I have have had the same thing twice. Nothing ever shows up in the mail and I did pretty good coin in on my stay there. I've been back to Vegas twice since and haven't stayed again. I've decided they don't want my business. Which bugs me a little because if Cosmo wasn't treating me so well, Red Rock would be my first choice, but I would like even a just discount on a room :/

Thanks all for the replies. Will give them a ring later in the week and hopefully sort something out.

If you are in another country, it could very well be because "bulk rate mail" doesn't go overseas.

If it were me, I'd check with my host to make sure that there was some way that I could get "snail mail" offers. I happen to know that offers from the D and Golden Gate are almost exclusively by snail mail.

Not to sabotage the post but I think you cam set the D and GG up online to get email offers. Haven't tried it as I have been saving mail to compare previous offers.
