Take your driver's license (or other State ID) to the player's club booth. Tell them you want to apply for a player's card. Ask them how to get the $7.99 steak dinner and they will tell you. I believe that you get two coupons to get the $7.99 price. At least one of the coupons is obtained by playing $10 through the machines. The second, I believe, is just placed into your account. I believe each coupon is worth $2 so the original price of the steak dinner without belonging to the player's club would be about $11.99.
Someone else can possibly correct any mistakes I may be relating.

Ellis is my #1 spot for Burgers , Prime Rib, BBQ, Country fried steak, & the Special. On my last stop there, without a card & no coup it was 12.99. With the first coup with your card it's 9.99. Next play thru $5 win or lose at a machine then get your next coup for 7.99 good for 4 people. Being my # 1 spot to eat, I only get the special when other friends want it. The rest of their stuff is actually good at reasonable prices. Enjoy it. I'll be there in a few months.

    j52 has it right

    12.99
9.99 if you print coupon (need a players card)
7.99 with $2 off coupon after $5 of play on any machine.

By the way, if you sign up for a card, they usually have a deal for free play after $x play, too. So your first time in, with a low variance VP game, excellent chance it won't cost you anything or you come out a little ahead. And of course, with LVA or ACG coupons ...

If you're not at all interested in using a card or coupon, you may want to consider ordering something else off of the regular menu. The deal isn't that special at $12/person when you consider the entire menu is cheap.

In January they told me the 9.99$ coupon is good for the whole party, the 2$ off after playing 5$ is good for one person only.

and at $12, the steak ain't that great. perhaps still cheap for a steak dinner, but I would choose something else.
