    Hi guys

I'm back in LV next month on a teaser offer from Wynn, 3 midweek nights and $225 freeplay. We stayed there last time for 6 nights and mainly played slots and BJ. As we will be in Linq for 3 nights as well I probably wont spend much in Wynn so doubt I will get any future offers from them.

My question, what places would be best for attracting teaser offers? I know I shouldn't play for comps but if I'm going to gamble anyways then thinking some places may be better than others.

    Thanks

A lot of factors go into answering this. Seeing as you are also staying at the Link this trip it appears that you aren't too good for lower end properties. My guess would be CET if you want the best comps for lower pay and MLIFE if better rooms/restaurants are a factor. Remember it's all based on play so....

usually CET will give out teaser offers with very little play. But since you are staying at linq, you probably already got one. What we did is play on my card when going through CET properties with only about $100 coin in. Got 5 nights. Next time stayed at linq comped, and used wife card exclusively that trip. Now I get nothing and she has 5 nights at lower properties

I think this would classify as a teaser offer. Only played sparingly at NYNY. Some slots or table games in the morning when I was walking there to get donuts. Probably not more than $100 at a time. We will be staying there this coming tri with free rooms $100 RC and $100 freeplay.

I can't tell you how they figured it out but something ust have set the computers off that the offer could make some money for them. (and it will)

Downtown gives very good teaser offers. the D and Downtown Grand, if you're interested in Downtown.

We've paid full price for the Linq (about £350 all in for the Sat, Sun and Mon) so no offer from them. Who are the CET hotels, is that Ceasers, Paris, PH, Bally etc? If I was to get a teaser from Ballys say then not spend enough there to get another, could another CET send me a teaser or are they all linked? And with MGM, would a teaser offer be linked with MLIFE or could I do as TrewBrew above has for 3 nights then 2 nights through MLIFE?

I'm thinking the big boys like Venetian, Bellagio etc would laugh at my play so probably wont bother gambling in them.

Don't fancy staying in downtown as we prefer the strip.

    Thanks again

    Yes.

They're all linked, your combined play level at any/all affects what's available at all. But not equally - a certain level of play will give you comp availability at some CET properties but not others, just based on their pecking order. MLife bascially works the same way, they just construct their offers a little differently.

I can't quite pull your question out of this. TrewBrew said he did a walkthrough at NYNY and then got what sounds like a pretty good offer (probably 3 nights + the FP and RC he mentioned). MLife does send two types of offers, offers from the corporate marketing department, and also individual properties send their own. It's possible to get both types and use them on the same trip (if it's long enough), but you have to have 3 days in between using them.

Pretty much any of the big strip properties (MLife, CET, V/P, WynnCore, Cosmo. TI,) will send teaser offers if you have no previous play history. It's definitely worth a tiny amount of play to find out and then have those offers in your back pocket.

Hi I was curious how long did it take for you to receive offers? Any possibility to get an offer on the same trip?

IMHO, not likely, unless your play is substantially "high", like $10,000-12,500 coin in per day for 2-3 days, then a host might ask you if there's anything they can do for you. At Wynn, the amount would be substantially higher.

I've actually never received teaser offers from V/P despite decent play... it was only until I unloaded the heavy artillery where they offered something. Wynncore, on the other hand, provided a teaser of 3 nights on nominal play.

I am for sure going to drop in Wynncore on my upcoming trip in October... Do you know if where I coin-in matters? Like does it matter if I go to Encore instead of Wynn to play? Or vice versa?

I've played at CET properties many times and never once received a teaser... Same for MLIFE.

have you looked on the calendar on total rewards. You won't usually get anything in mail but go into calendar and usually they will have some comps for you. Not offers but the monthly calendars

Yeah, I go to Book - Las Vegas - Select Dates - Just takes me to the booking place and shows the prices. Nothing comped. Ever. And I feel like I coin-in a few thousand by now. This and my wife has TR credit card she regularly uses.. All we get are Reward Credits. Never a teaser offer or comped anything.

Am I doing something wrong? Can someone walk me through it?

I did a one-hour stint at $125+ a hand bacarrat (came out on top) and a one and half hour stint at $5 denom VP / $5 top dollar. Came out on top after that experience. That's not nearly enough for host action or the 7,000 points needed for a room comp. I think they liked that I went high denoms and are curious to see if I'll make it up...

How many points do you earn during a gambling day? If you're earning anything less than 500 points each time, you likely won't see comps -- even at Bally's. 1,000 points a day gets me decent comps, but for "regular" rooms at the low-tier properties (so no Ceasar's or Cromwell). Wish they'd offer the opportunity to upgrade a room for a bit more cash on top. Personally, unless I'm staying at pH, there's no CET property that I feel is worth the play to earn a comped room.

I don't know, I don't track my play since I'm not really chasing comps.

I keep seeing things regarding coin in / coin out but what if you are a baccarat player?

So anyway on my trip next week I should just dump 100 dollars into a slot machine at wynncore to get free teaser offers?

That surprises me-- no, it doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong, and I have no idea why the website isn't showing you anything. I have had some success with calling VIP services though (like, dramatically better than what was on the website). And no, it's not just for whales! Anybody pursuing a casino offer can use VIP services. Every property has a different phone number for it, so you may need to try a few, but you just give them your players card number and desired dates, and they'll see what they can do for you.

I cant seem to get on the radar for the D. I have played several times at the D, not High Roller, but enough to get teaser offers I would think. I have also stayed at the D and the GG. I would love to stay at the D again, but apparently they don't like my money.
I checked with the players club to make sure my address is correct.
