Google Las Vegas convention calendar. This answers these questions most of the time as the spikes are usually big conventions.

yah broadcasting is the big thing 100,000 then smaller events. So around 130,000 for the conventions alone.

    Thanks

Downtown still has affordable rates. I booked Downtown Grand on a comp (giving them one last chance, I mean it this time) on Sat/Sun and then the California for Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu. It was $36/night when I booked, now $50/night.

USBC Nationals are back in Vegas

Yeah I was looking at the DT Grand. I've spent so much time on the strip. Time to spend a few days DT. I'm mainly there to see Steely Dan concert. I would like to explore a few more restaurants DT as well as my favourite breakfast spot Eat.

I got lucky and managed to book GN for $46/night 22nd-26th. Great rates going into that convention
