Enjoyed reading through the thread as well. My stories aren't that much different than some already posted, but here goes... Many years ago, sitting at the long bar outside the theatre in the MGM, having a beer with a buddy. We are approached by a seemingly intoxicated woman (she wasn't a pro). Comes up behind us, puts her arms around us and says "boys do you want to f--k?!" Well bartender sees this, (later tells us he recognized her from hanging around the casino) calls security. Security comes to remove her, she trys to run from them and runs straight in to another security guard and literally bounces off him, on to her butt. Took three of the guards to wrestle her down, and escort her out... In the MGM again on another trip with the same friend. The usual eye contact with a couple of young, hot, ladies while we are at the slot machines. They approach us, the usual banter between all us. I am just having some fun with them, when my buddy seals a deal with one of them. At this point I head to a card table and tell him have fun. He catches up with me less than an hour later, and I finally pry out of him he was oversold and under delivered. Ended up costing him 3X was he was quoted downstairs and probably would have got the same service in an Asian massage parlour for 1/10th the price. Late night in NYNY. 4 of us took over a BJ table and everyone is up. Great night of cards and drinking. We all finally decide to call it a night. We all wonder over towards the cage and cash out our chips. One guy is lingering behind and is talking with a beatiful young lady. Three of us head up to our respective rooms and he is still downstairs. 20 minutes later, loud banging on my door. it was our friend who had stayed down. He had fallen victim to the crotch grab scam. While she is rubbing him, her other hand was lifting the fresh C notes out of his pocket. He reports it to security. They file a report etc. Next morning over breakfast we all have a big laugh (except the victim) over the security report he filed. Looked like an illiterate toddler had written it out. Otherwise, like many of you, many many other sightings and approaches, all in fun.
I am NOT an attorney, so this is not legal advice or a conclusion. However, I believe that there was a Supreme Court case years ago that basically held that police could lie to a suspect during interrogation. I would assume that the same logic would apply in this case. Also, when you think about it, there are many much more dangerous undercover situations than dealing with prostitution. For example, if an undercover officer has infiltrated a drug gang, and if he had to tell the truth that he was a cop if asked; then there is a very good chance he would not leave that situation alive. For the attorneys on this board, if I have misunderstood anything, please feel free to correct and educate me. Thanks
I have no idea. All I know is that my friend knows a reputable agency that offers a flat donation with no upselling. So no need to discuss financial matters for services rendered which might get you in trouble... or so I've been told by said friend.
I always thought they would have to answer truthfully as well. But, your example above sure changes that. I would think somebody new in a drug world would be asked that often. Answer truthfully and you are a dead man. I don't even know a lawyer... LOL!
I am an attorney, but am not licensed in Nevada and am not offering legal advice. I would say however that Fasbman provides an excellent analysis and example. Much of what is shown on tv cop/lawyer shows is totally incorrect, but the ability to lie to suspects generally is accurate. To quote from an old cop show, "Be careful out there"!
Until just recently with the public outcry in Hawaii, undercover cops could have sex with the prostitutes in line with their duties. True story, no BS.
I just got back from Vegas yesterday, and while I will try to write up a full trip report, this section probably belongs in this forum. I am labeling this section: Two propositions and a pick pocket all before 7 AM I was playing some slots and a lady sits down next to me and makes some small talk, and introduces herself, After some leading questions, I am 99 per cent sure she will ask me if I want some company. She does, I politely decline, then she leaves. No harm, no foul. Not 5 minutes later, I am playing at a different slot, and then this guy walks by, and without any preliminary conversation, asks me if I wanted "some pleasure this morning"? My answer was a curt no. First, its not the way I roll, and second he was drinking out of a brown paper bag. I like to think that even if I were gay, I could do better! Finally, about 10 minutes later, I walk outside to grab a quick bite at a nearby McDonalds (I had stuck a TITO worth about $15 in my shirt pocket, that I would cash the next time I was at a redemption machine). As I was walking back, this guy approached me and was overly friendly , and basically hugged me. Immediately on guard, I noticed that my TITO was gone I demanded it back, which he complied with, and laughed it off as a joke. I was not overly amused. All of the above took place within a 30 minute timespan and were "Only in Vegas" moments.
Bar girls could also get arrested for prostitution for just touching a customer's leg. Stupid councilman, such a "morals" person who passed stupid morals laws. Glad that he got his, he went to jail for corruption convictions. Now that's what I call Karma.
I went out with her for a brief time, too! She once asked, "Do I look fate in this dress?" I guess I answered wrong! RICHARD
Backpage removed the adult section which included body rubs. There is a forum dedicated to adults entertainment, PM me for the link, it has all the info on these places you could want. I worked in law enforcement and have buddies that still do, someone vice. The answer is no, that is a myth. The police are allowed to lie to to in order to assist in their investigation or operation. You are not allowed to lie to them. EX: Back when VHS was the norm for security cameras, I used the same blank tape 50 times over telling suspects we had them on video when we were sure they did it. Criminals are not smart a lot of times and would confess thinking we really had the tape. We always had more than enough evidence to get a conviction but a confession was always much better.
Lol she got me outside the GN in Jan, I told her my mom was in the room, she said she didn't want to "disrespect my mama"....thank god
Wrong guy hugging you, you should have found the guy who kept hugging me at cosmo them gave me a $300 tito
