I'm sure this is a subjective question but, is the Mob Museum a worth while visit?

I enjoyed it, I have an interest in the subject....my wife liked
it and she was mostly clueless on organized crime. Well worth a visit. If you like beef jerky ..there is a shop full of it close by.

Yes, well worth it. Do plan on spending about twice the time there than you originally planned.

The Mob Museum is worth it if the subject matter interests you. There are a couple gimmicky things early, but a wealth of information.

It doesn't matter whether you know mob history. What matters is are you interested in it? BTW, it is not only about the Vegas mob.

There are videos and infographics and enough things to look at that you can visit once and get a good feel for the history. And on top of that there is a wealth of far more detailed information you can read and dig into if you find yourself THAT interested.

For most people, it is worth doing once.

I do enjoy watching "The Making of the Mob" tv series on AMC :) so I probably might have to put this on the list for my next Vegas trip in December.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, however, it is rather long so be prepared. I had a large brunch (Hash House a Go Go) before going and could have taken a nap halfway through from the lethargy.

And have dinner at Oscar Goodmans at the Plaza. You might get to see the mob lawyer and ex mayor.

I thought it was very cool. Going in, most of my Mob knowledge came from movies, stuff in Chicago papers about the family secrets trials, and other history channel type stuff. I was into it, but not overly educated

The museum was almost too much to look at/read. I was kind of overwhelmed. I still enjoyed it. Since my visit it has made me want to read/learn more. I will go back some other time, armed with more of my own knowledge, and think it will be even better.

I went shortly after it opened and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will go back at some time, just because I rushed through the last bit of it. I'm a real geek on that kind of stuff.

Loved the museum. Went downtown for the day, had lunch at Pizza Rock (best pizza I've ever had), spent about 4 hours in the museum, and shot craps at Downtown Grand. Definitely a great day.

I have to agree - if you're into history and find the mob interesting, it's a no-brainer. Great tour.

I really liked it and I didn't know anything but the bare bones about mob history going in.

Was well worth the visit, but once does it for me. Took a bit longer than I expected too!

Yes I liked it a lot... that being said it is 2 to 3 hrs to enjoy it. While I like Museums in Vegas I found me distracted after an hour or so.

Oh my gosh yes, and by the way they say allow 2 hours....No....Allow about 4 or 5 hours. I was AMAZED how much they packed into that place.
