Was wondering if anyone had suggestions for where to go for our Diamond celebration dinner. Was kinda thinking of Vista's.

I think it depends on whether you want $100 off or a "free" dinner. At Giada's, you'll probably be getting $100 off your meal, depending on what you order.

You could go to Center Cut steakhouse at Flamingo (my bargain favorite for CET steakhouses) and get a nice meal for one with a bottle of wine. I've even eaten therfe for two for under $100.(no alcohol).

Otherwise, if you're willing to take $100 off, I'd go to Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris . . . .

Thanks for the suggestions, will check that old thread. Don't really care if it's free, just want to save some bucks. Gordan Ramsey Steak is somewhere we've never been.

We like GRs but really enjoy Strip House at Planet Hollywood price range is around the same just a different decor, sort of old Vegas. I agree about Center Cut, very good mid priced steak house have eaten there a few times and have not been disappointed, DaiLun and I have agreed on this many time..................Rick

GR Steak has very good food. But it's loud and noisy. Which personally I don't mind. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and/or romantic it's not GRS.

Interesting about Center Cut at the Flamingo. I ended up there a few years ago and had a fantastic meal. Enjoyed it more than the other 4 or so steak houses in LV that I'd tried. I never went back because I thought...The Flamingo? No star chef name? This meal must have been a fluke to have been so good.
I also have a diamond celebration dinner to use up. Think I'll give Center Cut another try.

We've tried both Center Cut and Ruth's Chris and were wowed by neither.

Used mine at Mesa Grill and was very happy with the bang for the buck. Everyone was great and the food was top notch.

    We LOVED Mesa.
    Ruth Chris was solid.
Neither was much more than $100
